After the tremendous success of JOL 1 & 2, I can only imagine how well a second season of SSS would do. I'm hoping they will do this in the next couple of years...the sooner the better for me.
Sure would like to see a 3rd installment of "The Witch." I want your badass character Jo Hyun right in the center of it all (but not allowed to die in this one, either). It may never happen, but I really enjoyed both those flicks and hope for more... š

Enjoyed this rather quick binge watch very much! Lu Yan Qi is one of my favorite actresses, and she was delightful (as was the ML btw) in this. A lot of funny moments. I'm also watching her in "Serenade of Peaceful Joy" (she comes aboard about halfway through). Anyway, I'm giving this one a 9.5. š
Watched the final fight scene in 'Sword, Snow, Stride' again, and so enjoyed seeing the cast perform. I really hope that one day, Tianai returns as Nangong Pu She, who's kinda like a female Clint Eastwood in a classic Spaghetti Western: walking and talking softly, but carrying a big stick (or in this case, sword). Only she's a helluva lot prettier, lol...but her scenes in Ep.1 are forever etched in my memory. So cool. ā¤ļøš
Jia Di is rather new on the acting scene, beginning in 2023 looks like from the list above. I noticed her for the first time as Princess Tang in 'Les Belles', and she is playing the part wonderfully, and is instantly likable. She shows a lot of promise as a very talented and beautiful young actress. All the best to you and your blossoming career Jia, in 2025 and beyond! ā¤ļøš
Mr. Zhao, your direction of 'The Fearless' was flawless...I enjoyed it very much, thank you! I am almost finished with Fearless 2 (Unbreakable 2). I see that Tan Jia Yan (who I think was your assistant Director on S1) has done a fantastic job on S2 as well. I just finished Ep. 36, and with only 2 episodes left I am going to be beside myself if they don't make a season 3. They cannot possibly wrap everything up in just two remaining shows. So I partly agree with you, it could end at 38 but I really hope not, because it's such a great show, and there are too many loose ends still. Anyway, we shall see as time goes on. Oh, I do not have a clue how this is doing in the ratings. If it's doing well they could still make it happen. I may check on this aspect tonight.

On Ep. 24 and it continues to be everything and more of what Season 1 gave us. I am actually hoping they are filming a S3 because it moves along so quickly, suspenseful at times, and keeps my interest in the characters' development.
Wan Qian gave a very powerful, emotional performance in 'The Tale of Rose'. I also loved her in 'Lady's Character'. I'm looking forward to her new drams in 2025, and previous films I've yet to watch. Thank you Qian, and all the best to you in 2025!
Agree with those of you commenting below- it's excellent! I'm glued after work every day, keeping up with each new episode, and it is every bit as good or even better than Season 1. The name change is odd and may throw people off, so I hope MDL makes a note somewhere at the top about the name change to "Unbreakable 2" on iQiyi.
So glad to see her out and about, but like others have said, it's best that she take it slow, don't get back into the grind of excessive travel and etc. right away.
In her vlog post, it was so good to see many of her close friends with her, especially Zeng Li at about the :54 - :57 second mark (you can briefly see her beside Rosy). Such a wonderful friend to have, and a beautiful lady inside and out! All the happiest dreams to you going forward Lu Si, take good care of yourself!
She's very talented, expressive, and has the most striking, beautiful eyes. Watching her in 'Everlasting Longing' now, and find it a really well acted and scripted series. The fight scenes, costumes, storyline and Angelababy (who is making a strong performance as well imo) all have me glued to every new episode.

First saw her in 'Sword, Snow Stride'; then in 'Immortal Samsara', and by then was already an avid fan, because she is so charismatic. 'Blossom' and 'Royal Rumors' were the most recent two I completed, and she won my admiration and heart again with each new performance.
As humble/modest in real life as she is beautiful, I can only hope for all the best to her future in film and her personal life. She truly deserves being the 'Shining Star of the Year' award!
