I don't think being transparent and revealing the truth is ever bullying. Its very easy for the actress to prove…
Why is exposing the truth such a big problem to you?
I dont see it as revenge but transparency.
Why is the actress hiding who she is and what she did considered revenge?

Or are these questions you dont care to answer ?
Its easier to just bully the victim again and question their motives.

(The is all alleged as I don't have knowledge actress is bully/not bully)

I dont know the story but " Mr. Oh is now preparing for a lawsuit demanding 10 billion won" I think i…
3. Mr Oh is counter suing 10bn. Its a legal play or move brought by lawyers on behalf of alleged victim because the actress is suing the alleged victim. It does not indicate blackmail or a cash grab.

It does not imply Mr Oh is blackmailing / not blackmailing.

The true airheads are the ones who automatically assume every celebrity is an innocent little angel and no accusation…
99% of Accusations in the Last 20 Years came out as False

Can you provide evidence of your sweeping statement. Maybe a link to a study.
Thus your defence of actress is as baseless as your facts.

Title Khemjira
I don’t understand why the homophobes are barking on social media about it being gay?? Aren’t there plenty…
I was under the assumption that the book was about gay characters anyway. So for them to demand it should have been made straight sounds absurd.

Its like I tell people who complain dont like the characters / story / toxicity of any series - and demand changes to script. - go wright your own book and make your own show. What they are demanding is another form of censorship.

What are they smoking and how entitled do they think they are?

I don't know how to take this story.I don't condone violence, fighting and bullying, but kids do fight. Its reality. However,…
I think she is guilty. We dont know the truth. But my analysis is diff to yours.

1. There are witnesses to the alleged bullying.
2. She transferred schools. I dont believe in coincidences. There may be documentations that she is not releasing about the violence forcing her to transfer. (article above indicates there are documents)
3. Mr Oh is counter suing 10bn. Its a legal play or move brought by lawyers on behalf of alleged victim because the actress is suing the alleged victim. It does not indicate blackmail or a cash grab.
4. No victim would forget her tormentor. Dont patronise the victim
5. It is the victims decision to come forward with the accusations when ever they are ready to face their alleged bully.
6. Maybe seeing the alleged bullys fame - wounded the victim and kept reminding them of their torment.
7. Imagine if you were tormented by an incident and suddenly your tormentor ran for a political position or became famous. I would want to expose them and their hypocrisy. To me the truth is justice - not revenge.

I dont think she should be cancelled over something that happened when she was not an adult. But she should apologise to victim and take responsibility for her actions.

I agree
If there was bullying and the person took responsibility then it would firstly help the victim heal, and secondly show that their was regret for actions.
Then everyone could move on.

I just read here: https://news.sbs.co.kr/news/endPage.do?news_id=N1008245700 that according to an expert there…
If the actress left the school during that period its still suspect - but not as damaging to her if there was a record of violence and forced transfer. They would need to rely on witnesses in that case. And if she was a bully, there would probably be other victims.

The school still may have records even if they were not required to keep them.
The article above says the school wont release them
"To verify whether the disciplinary committee and forced transfer were true, the production team visited the school. However, the school stated that due to privacy concerns, they could neither allow access to related documents nor confirm the facts"

I would love for the truth to come out irrespective who it favours.

I agree with you.

I would easily forgive if they took responsibility for actions and apologised. That would have helped the victim heal, and also shown that the bully has "grown" and has remorse.

Unfortunately positions of power (CEO, politicians) are usually occupied by people with varying levels of ASPD and hide behind a false image they have created.

sad because she will just end up offing her self there no mercy in south korea and no empathy
I dont think she should be cancelled or bullied for something she did years ago. I do think she owes the victim an apology.

I do hate the fact that there is no empathy and mercy in Korean culture

I agree with you.

I also dont think she should be cancelled for bullying. But she should apologise to victim - and own up to it.

I mean i would rather the men from the squid games be cancelled if those allegations are true.

The victim did say that he wanted an apology which she refused to provide.

I wouldn't call it revenge - I would call it revealing the truth.
If you dont want revenge taken against you, then dont harm others.
But tell me as an alleged victim what would you want in this situation ? How would you redress a wrong.

the truth is not REVENGE. The act that would destroy her is if she actually bullied someone.

PS at the moment its all allegations

EDIT I also dont think she should be destroyed because of her past actions in school but she should at least take responsibility and ask victim for forgiveness.

I know that she can provide evidence to show that she did not transfer schools due to bullying and violence. That would be fact, and that would cast a lot of doubt on the bullying allegations.

But if she does not want to defend herself using that route then its the court judgement that is final.
But that does not mean she did or did not do it.
In the UK, 1% of reported rape accusations lead to conviction. It doesn't mean the 99% of victims were lying and were not raped.

If I was bullied - I would also report the incident when it can do maximum harm to the bully. Iol- its personal.

You also need to ask the alleged bully why she was forced to transfer schools due to violence. If this was not fact, the actress would have released documents to easily disprove rumours

This is why I believe the victim at the moment.

I don't think being transparent and revealing the truth is ever bullying.

Its very easy for the actress to prove that she did not transfer schools due to bullying and violence. This would be factual evidence and would greatly contribute to clearing her name.
This is information she can easily have released (give school consent) as it is her data. I wonder if there is any reason why she hasn't released it.?????

Its the victims prerogative to decide when they are ready to come forward.

there is difference between proven and alleged...
That is absolutely true. Im saying there is smoke.
If she could release school records that show she was not forced to transfer schools - she would cast doubt on the allegations of the accuser.
They are her records and Im sure the school would release them - or she could get a court order.
There was also another witness that came forward.

Its hard to prove something that occurred so many years ago. Its so difficult to even prove something that has happened recently. In the UK about 1% of rape accusations lead to a conviction but it does not mean they did not occur.

Did she actually transfer schools?

I do think if she was forced to transfer then there is some suspicion.
Can the actress give the SCHOOL permission to reveal if she was forced to transfer?
If I was the actress I would want this information revealed if I was innocent. Can she not get a court order to reveal this.

If she was not forced to transfer I would give her the benefit of the doubt as the person making the allegations cant be trusted.
