I am so glad I found this bl drama. Its getting so much harder to come across quality bls .
It feels like most bls are being produced (not created) to reach output targets, and without quality considerations. They are all about the popularity of the lead couples and pleasing their parasocial fans.
I don't understand how this show has rated better then the original. It just giving the same messiness I loved…
Ratings and taste is subjective. The viewers here are a much younger age, less discerning, and prefer more "clean and non toxic" bls. Its gmmtv crowd that prefers a formula. Also more hardcore fans of the couples here.
This show is objectively mediocre and going through the motions of being another bl show churned out to fans.

Same. I prefer darker. Im bored of the fluffy cloying bl dramas. I dont want to see couples being cute and acting overly sweet on screen (there is a place but its overdone). I want messy and toxic with a good script and story.

I think its a great production but I didnt enjoy it for various reasons. I can appreciated it the work and acting but it didnt interest me enough through no fault of its own. I dont dislike the ending, I can enjoy dramas where there are no definitives - where the ending is open to interpretation or when there are no resolutions - or where an ending leaves me empty.
I feel torn when I vote. I want to acknowledge that it was good but I also want to vote based on how I enjoy the show.

When I watched season 1, i felt like he did have feelings and he came close, but love is not enough for him. He is selfish and more interested in new challenges/things and this part of his nature would always come first. Boston knew that about himself.
I mean you can love and be selfish, and manipulative and cheat and hurt the ones you love. I mean its not "love", but from the character point of view he still experiences feelings for his object of desire. Maybe he loved Nick enough to let him go.
