There is physical violence - and no repercussions. Im not okay with how assaulting someone is being normalised. No wonder woman still get involved with people like Chris Brown

Its overrated for what it is.
Im not saying its bad. Its competent but its not brilliant. Its a mediocre story that I enjoyed and then promptly forgot.

Enjoyed this. Liked both couples. Its fiction people. If its all green flags there would be no story. If you dont like it then dont watch. But dont call for censorship because you think your morals are superior.

Seen 2 episodes and I am really enjoying this so far. Looks like it could get interesting.

It is a good point actually. I just checked a few and currently they are all tagged as " LGBTQ+". Maybe they should add a BL when its about a romantic relationship with green flags.

This one felt different to even more complex, toxic and adult bls like kinnporcshe or my stand in.

I agree - just discovered the term "glazed character". Day is so overhyped by the writers and fans and I could not understand why Mohk was running after him. Almost like does being blind /having a disability make you so irresistible to others that you can be selfish and they will still fall madly in love with you.

Re ATOTS - yes. I was just bored so did not watch to much of it. A question is why is it okay to portray villages/rural people as stu.pid, but if it was done about another race then it would be politically incorrect /racist.

what is more disgusting is you being the moral police - telling people what they should watch, what is acceptable, and judging them for wanting to view something that is darker.

Maybe you should contact the writer /film producers so that you can tell them what they should not write about and film.

why cant bl be complex? Should they just be set in hight school with little boys hugging teddy bears, nursing each other with sponge baths, doing all the curtsey things that teenage girls would dream of doing

I am so tired of people dictating what the author/production company is allowed to write about, and how it should be presented- or even removed from the drama.

As you mentioned, where do you draw the line. Few have a problem with the violence in some bl dramas (kinnporcshe, heartkillers, mafia themes etc) but draw the line at a stolen kiss. It is hypocritical how they choose their subjective morals. I dont understand why is it okay to romanticise violence but if its a violent relationship, or a betrayal - then its romanticising and sending the wrong message.

We watch dramas because it is fiction - and its a safer place to explore and educate ourselves about various themes. And dark themes make for a more interesting story. If they dont like it they dont have to watch it.

The story is cute. The problem is the editing and how its told. I was lost for the first few episodes. So I found it annoying.
The nc parts do make up for it if you persevere.

Its worth a watch.

Read the top review from "lotsoftimewasted" (got +530 likes) on the dramas MDL page - that compelled me to watch it. That review had me crying with laughter.

While viewing, read the reddit posts for each episode. You will enjoy it more that way.

Are you well in the head thinking you have the right to dictate what the authors should write about? Should your subjective morals and sense of right and wrong be the judge of what is permitted. Seriously who do you think you are ? There is a lot of hypocrisy in your morals.

Obviously, you dont have a problem with physical violence and murder in a romance. Is rape worse than murder? KinnPorcshe and The Heartkillers were adult romantic bls with violence (and some rape in one of them). And they get away with it.

We all have our subjective morals - I avoid violence of any kind but I dont dictate that others can watch or write about. I recognise that it is a work of fiction and there is creativity and that some stories should be told irrespective if I approve or not.

I am busy watching them on You Are My So(ul) Mate (YouTube) and they are noth so good together. I hope to see them in other bls.
