OKAY so I just want to make sure I am following the plot so far—
So Duan Xu was actually in this “All-Knowing” cult that trained people to be assassins. Did I understand that this cult was created by the Chong royal family? And he was taken in by this cult at age 12? I also didn’t quite understand how the mixup with him and the court official happened, but essentially the court official is pretending to be Duan Xu? I was a little confused by that.
Meanwhile, is it still a mystery in the drama what the significance of the sword is and how he found it? It also seems that his sword is activated somehow by his blood?
Guys i am currently watching this drama. Still at starting episodes. Was fascinated by chemistry of 2nd couple…
That’s a hard question to answer without spoilers. I think the simple answer is no if you’re asking if their ending is happy. If you’re asking if it’s a good and fitting ending for them - yes imo. But the drama also adds an alternate universe ending of sorts for the last like 20min or so that shows how the story would have gone if a certain major event never happened. In that AU there is hope for them.
