If you’re still not into it after episode 4 then it’s probably not for you.

They haven’t though. The Yu’s outsmarted them at the GED birthday, they were outdone by Jungxiu in Ganlin, and Lord Yu is playing the long game in that he is the one orchestrating Zhao Ling to be pushed deeper and deeper into this mess with more and more responsibility. I also wouldn’t be surprised if ZL’s action in episode 29 played right into Mr Yu’s hand.

I hear ya! Throwing in fluff in the midst of all this wouldn’t make sense. But 😭Gosh we haven’t had a break!

I think others have said it’s because Zhao doesn’t have a family or living parents whereas she does (mom).

I’m in the same boat 😂 I actually don’t have any social media besides Tumblr so thank goodness I am not getting any spoilers thrown in my face. If this one continues to be this GOOD, it will make my all time favorites list. The Prisoner of Beauty is my #1 favorite of all time, and this director also did a few others that I LOVED… so I have high trust in this crew 👌🏻
