You can say to CX and XL - beside constantly "draining" themselves, there isn't much they can do to XY. (Aka CX draining himself marrying 9+ women, XL draining his blood and lives away). Every male lead give XY sometime, no need to belittle Jing. He supports both CX and XL in other ways, but of course people love to see Jing as useless.

It's not Jing fault's that the other two leads can't offer what he's willing to offer. XY is a very hard lover to please. She can give very little but ask for a lot. She has already pledged herself (loyalty) to CX - so whoever choose her should be okay with being second to CX . She is jaded and will not give her heart first so you need to lay your heart bare and "beg" her.

One of these days I should really write a comment using the same languages used on Jing to drag the other two male leads so they can taste their own medicine. I love all three male leads so much so I never done so. People be really comfortable hating on Jing then get surprised why people get defensive.

I think ZLH graduated with his Engineering degree. He just got an opportunity and got interested in acting so he went for it. I mean I would do the same because electrical engineering will always be there if acting doesn't work out.. But like.. look at that face.. how could he NOT be famous?

The title can actually should be more accurately translate as "Forever Love Sick/ Forever Missing You". So if we know the ending to XL, then he can't be "missing" her anymore. So it only leave CX.

In the novel, the Yellow Emperor told CX to try his best to persuade XL to surrender, just for XY's sake. At that moment, I wish they had approach it differently and go after HongJiang instead. If HongJiang surrenders, XL would have too.

I disagree. I don't think it's XY's blood and background that put her at odds with XL. I put it on XL's full devotion to Hong Jiang.

I always wonder, what if XY remained as Xiao Liu. Will that mean XL and her not being enemies? If she's not CX's cousin, not the Haoling Princess? Will they have a happy ending? Because XL will still choose to die on the battlefield, leaving behind Xiao Liu. So they may have momentary happiness for a few hundred years before the inevitable battle to eliminate the Chenrong rebel army. He will die and she will be left alone, but now she's not even the Haoling princess, and doesn't even have a family like CX, her dad, sister and grandpa.

TH is really good at doing everything at making us falling for her character then twist a knife into our heart, and making a lot of readers feel like FL never pick the right person. She did it with XY's grandma, her mother and now her.

I think they are very aware of the "camera add 10 pounds" thing, and on top of the fact that ancient/costume drama do make their figure more bloated due to the layers.
i think the getting their figure just right, not too skinny, not too big, is quite hard by itself. it's easier to be on either extreme.. and with their schedule too.. i understand why they just rather lose weight while filming then gain it back during their rest time. it's just easier to do

I think he look just right for the role. He was even skinnier (face-wise) in Miss Dragon. And I saw his leak pictures in his new series, his face look skinnier than in LYF too. I think he's just very busy and continue losing weight.

lmao no they definitely want you to ship.. tonghua the writer of the novel and also work on the script for the drama is very famous for writing reverse harem stories where each male leads have very shippable relationship with the FL... and XL is her favorite from the novel.

Are you talking about when XY "sajiao"??? Then yesssss 100%.. I love it when she does but I like it the most when she does it to XL.. Lmao... because I always felt like she's sticking her neck out while doing it, not sure if he going to let it slide or punish her, trying to push his boundaries... the other two are putty in her hand so she's very comfortably sajiao with them.

My favorite XY sajiao moment is when she tugged at XL's hem and sheepishly give him the poison pill after he found out her real identity, even adding in the "I made it just for you".. XY know exactly what she's saying.. the same way she used to emphasis to XL, "i'm your person now." which is can also be interpret as "i'm your lover now." and her naughty "I keep my body clean for you." Lmao.. there's so many sexual innuendos in their early days. XY was a lot more brass as XiaoLiu.

I keep seeing leak pictures of him... The most recent one is from the wedding. His hair tie back remind me of Jing. 😭😭😭 I hope we get a wedding scene in LYF2

A'nian is going to be there too.. Can't wait to see him in that drama.
