arrgghhh i wasnt gonna write anything but the more i think about the more it annoy me. honestly BaLa character is the flaw that disturb the flow of this story. when i remove BaLa from the equation it went from bad explanation to no explanation. why is everyone is so quickly and really fixated in BaLa. If they would slow the pace a bit and more carefully, BaLa relationship with other character would make more sense. I havent read the novel, so i have no idea if BaLa's story is originally like that or not. I would have rated it 1.5 point higher if not for that.
Props for not being a cliche romance tho, it was interesting
They could make this stuff more interesting. It's slooooow. It's repe-repe-repe-titititive. No wonder the viewership…
lmao just admit you want to watch some action packed drama and didnt enjoy lore focused fantasy drama. and "start a gaemul chaebol" what!! stick to your cliche kdrama lol
There hasn't been a really good korean fantasy drama for like 5+ years now, and when we finally get a good one…
true, all the recent fantasy kdrama ive seen seems to be focused on something else, romance, action, yada yada. but bulgasal is different, it has solid lore, it focused on the original plot from the beginning.
Im throwing my hat in the ring to theorize......1. Ok Eul Tae is originally Hwal's half brother, who in a fit…
agree with point 2, but what about when 'Sang Un' stab Hwal and past the curse onto him while made her reborn as human herself with Hwal's soul, thats for sure isnt Eul Tae parading as Sang Un.
i assume she was trying to stop Eul Tae that time but was to late. so instead, she take it upon herself to kill Hwal to end the cycle but thing didnt go as she expect, right?
"There’s this scene, pretty close to the end of the movie, where our female and male lead just randomly run through a park and yell at each other..." thats exactly my favourite scene, from the staircase, along the river, the park and end at the bridge, it feels like something beyond a movie.
we might not agree on the overall rating but i gotta admit you pointed (almost, as far as i remembered) everything that stand out from this movie for better or worse, like the hot chocolate scene, thats undoubtedly, unarguably the most random, hilarious and non-sense scene. i was really dumbfounded that time lmao
yo this is a fresh one the stories overlapping with each other in a very trivial, weird and funny way. through out the whole duration i kept wondering what the connection between each stories and characters only to find out nothing , completely nothing except them passing by each other, once. that being said some story was meaningful, hilarious yet wholesome, some other was so random and pointless or maybe it just went over my head lol. my favourite one is the non-existence sister, it keeps taking weirder turn each time.
