Yeah I remember thinking back at episode 2 or something (either when he was sent to the Ground or didn’t get picked to go up to I-Land) that I was shocked because his vocals were really good. And whoever was picked over him, I didn’t think they were as good.

How did you like SS1? It gives off the same energy to me. I’m genuinely baffled as to why it’s getting such harsh criticism when I think there are worst dramas out there with higher praise, but everything is so subjective. I liked the first season and am enjoying this one too, but if you didn’t like it, then you may not like this one. That said, this season seems to be focusing on and developing the side couples more, so that may appeal to you if you don’t like the main couple.^^

Yesss Rain especially seems to really care about the boys and want to make sure they perform their absolute best (not to say I don’t love Zico lol he’s just a little more reserved). And I love K too. He won me over with that GD dance ^^

Agree completely. I’d rather out my faith in the professionals to decide most of not all of the members, even though I know the global voting adds some fun and appeal for viewers haha. If it was only like for one member I wouldn’t mind, but any more than that I’m afraid the group will be based more on superficial things rather than talent and skill :/

lol that’s okay! Everyone has different opinions and enjoyment is so subjective. There have been numerous series that the community hyped that I thought were just okay, and vice versa haha. (Side note: I do see now that the rating went from 4.5 to 7.5, so I guess it’s catching up).

I think so! I didn’t watch the others, not even the Pete Kao cuts, and I was able to follow the storyline easily (though I’m sure the cuts will provide some context/background of you’re only interested in the BL storyline and want to watch that).
