LOL.... this is also one of my favorite modern C-dramas, and this drama was the 1st time I saw Zhao Li Ying acted in. Anyways, referring to your 2nd question. I also noticed that the CEO liked to wear the outdoor coats and jackets inside the buildings, and I just assumed that visually, the producers want to make him look super cool and handsome. Now I have another question too; What kind of super tinted glass films did the CEO uses on his office windows, that it did not show him yet we can see the furniture outline in his office? Isn't it creepy that everyday for 1 month, he was spying on the FL while she lunched on his balcony? Hehehe......

Personally, I was not that impressed with Kim Soo Hyun in "Moon Embracing the Sun" and "You Who Came from the Stars", and in the end, I dropped these 2 dramas. I have never watched Dream High dramas and I am also not interested in his latest drama "It's OK not to be OK"; perhaps I find him to be too beautiful to take him seriously... LOL... but perhaps I can watch this movie because the story sounds interesting.
Perhaps it will be like my experience with Yoo Ah In. When the first time I saw him it was in Chicago Typewriter and somehow I did not like him as I find him too arrogant for my liking; But later, I watched him in "Jang Ok Jung" and "Secret Love Affair". I really love him then as I find him to be mesmerizing and awesome in these 2 dramas. Anyways, everyone has their own tastes for dramas and movies... LOL...

I was hoping that this latest drama with Ji Chang Wook can improve his popularity again, but again I am disappointed; I did not like his role in "Melting Me Softly". Yet I really liked his past dramas (Empress Ki, Healer, and K2) but somehow, he is not doing well now it seems. Perhaps he should start playing in action-packed/thriller dramas again. Sorry Chang Wook, I loved you but this drama is again a NO for me..... LOL

Why don't they cast a young adult male to play Ne Zha? Are they sexist or what? I feel it is weird

LOL.... I decided to write the better explanation because the above synopsis was not really clear about the drama, which is actually really good and funny. Hopefully, someone can read my spoiler and give this drama a chance.

It seems that this drama is based on a real Princess Jieyou (check Wikipedia for more info).

I have to be in the mood to be tortured or be heartbroken to finish this drama. I love the beginning episodes but I stopped at the point where I know he will betray her... Perhaps I am a coward at heart .... hahaha

I am envious that you can understand Mandarin and can watch the dramas raw. Thanks for the update. Did the writers resolve the side stories of the stalker secretary and doctor couple? I hope they don't end up together because that doctor deserves a better girlfriend instead of a fan-stalker-type.....LOL

After watching up to episode 5 this week, I realized that the 2nd female lead (ChuChu, the naive-looking office assistant that's always falling over the CEO) has the same name as the 2nd female lead (ChuChu, 2nd Princess or the General) in The Romance of Tiger and Rose (RTR) mainland Chinese drama... I read that people are comparing this Taiwanese drama with the Chinese drama because both main female leads are writers and dream-traveled into their stories. However I liked the male lead in RTR because he displayed more ranges of emotions convincingly and he's a more interesting character.... Hehehe... :D

Personally I don't mind some melodrama but only if the story plot is clever and interesting, I can watch it. But in the end, this drama's writing got kinda messy, IMO. The main leads story ended being silly and not interesting. Even the side couples' stories are so boring. There is nothing much to save this show, IMO. Plus I also find the background music loud and weird - It didn't suit the moments of the scenes. Hahaha....

I am here to watch Zhao Yi Qin; I liked him from the Fake Princess drama and I find his cute dorky face to be adorable.... hahahaha

Perhaps the producers felt that 13 episodes are enough for the story to wrap up itself without getting to melodramatic or draggy.

I really liked the pace of the drama until episode 12/13 where he suddenly lost his memories again/2nd time, that happened after they slept together. The ML forgot about the FL and the reason why he loved her, he was suspicious about her, distrust her and even demoted her to the Archive Room. He didn't know why he bought over her ex-boss company just to get her and then he tried to fire her. Come on, Writers! This is soooo lame..... Surely, he must be wondering what happened during his blackout period? Weeks or months must have passed away. Didn't he ask his brain-surgeon- friend what happened to him? Didn't he have photos of him and FL together taken in the photo booth as proof of their relationship?
I think the plot has lost its way, and now that I am up to episode 16 where the FL is accused of selling out company secrets, I am just loosing interest in this drama. It started really well with a story of a dominant CEO chasing after a reluctant secretary-cum-ex-GF, but now I think the story is getting messy with 2nd amnesia and the company losing out a big project that will ruin them; Sigh, time to move on to another drama.....LOL....

I've just read on MUSE website that they are dropping the subbing of this lakorn. I'm really upset with the selfish people who kept on stealing the works of Muse. Now I am also looking for other places that are subbing this drama. I read somewhere that there's a Facebook group doing this

What a wonderful movie. I love it, and the main lead student couple is adorable. It is a pity that the ending with the grown up lead couple was too short. I wish they show how they fall in love again and get married or something
