As a plot, it sounds to me logical. Kim Hee Woo is for now free to win almost all because he know the future.…
I didn't read the manhwa too. I like your idea, he gets a failure because too much confidence, and the rules of universe bite him, in a logical way. I'm not sure it will be taken into consideration. I remember the drama King Eternal Monarch pretty absurd about that. There is no korean war in the other universe, but... 50 years later, there is dooplegangers with same DNA. (facepalm). The drama Manhole did that very well, but it was in the core of the high concept.
I'm VERY sorry to say but MinSoo at this moment looks set up to be the master villain pulling all the strings…
As a plot, it sounds to me logical. Kim Hee Woo is for now free to win almost all because he know the future. Easy cheating. So, it needs a opponent with the same weapon. A plot twist should happens. It could be when Hee Woo is about to win vs the "official" vilain. But a bad trick from Min Soo will prevent it. And maybe he will reveal his identity, goal and reason why he died in the future. Of course it needs a grim reaper for that. A possibility : what did the lady in red is maybe not in the rules. So another reaper correct that and balance the chances by sending Min Soo.
Very funny how some people assumed that a set of people dislike the drama bcs they didn't get the science behind…
I can't agree more. And besides, it's very bad when it comes to science fiction. It's a genre that requires above all to makes it believable. But everything goes in the opposite direction here.
Actor Baek Hyun Jin and actress Jung Sun Ah are excellent, and their characters too. It's a pleasant watch, in a not so much dystopian world. Be ready for some grotesques scenes sometimes, over-the-top perfect plan. I couldn't take this drama seriously.
You contradict a bit yourself, but let's say... in my opinion, the fast and thrilling scenes was nice. Remove…
Vagabond is from Empress Ki writers. ;-) Still less good, but we get the writers touch. Some suspens scenes are intense. And of course some weird comedy. I was not aware it was a season 1 for this one too. So disapointing. And there will never be a season 2, even they talk about that. Now the writers do a drama "big mouth", with actor Lee Jung Suk, and "While you were sleeping" director.

Yeah, but you said "do I liked it? not really. The story is way to complicated and confusing". So it's the reason why you said you don't really like it. When before you said the opposite. But it don't matter. I don't want to bother you with that.
Just I wanted to point some qualities of the show, and how I feel it could be better made. Certainly it's part of something bigger. But it needed a better closure. Kind of episode that sound like an ending season episode. This one looks like the episode 8 or 9 most of the time. The screenwriter don't know if it will be a season 2 (I bet it won't be, the main actor go to military, and the rating or audience feedback maybe not enough good). Some caution was to have more conclusion. So we have enough ending feeling.
I think the Vagabond last episode was better as an ending season one. It was frustrating a bit, we wanted to see the love story more, but we could take that. We still had enough feeling it was a story that could be a standalone. I don't like the concept of seasons for kdrama, the way it impact the storytelling is to high. But it's another subject.
I don't understand many comments here. Why such an ending if there is no season 2 ? That's not because a season…
You contradict a bit yourself, but let's say... in my opinion, the fast and thrilling scenes was nice. Remove the confusion, add more logic to the high-concept, start to hit more from the start with a more clear goal, explain more and give proofs of concept, and it could be good. I was ready to laugh first about that last episode, but... aaaah, I couldn't help but have a blood hit! The writer needed to put more closure and explanation, then it was ok to leave an open ending. But she wasn't able to do that at least.
If majority of the audience is confused and majority of the questions presented in the show were not answered…
It's understandable that a complicated story is misunderstood by a part of the audience. But when it's the majority of the audience, of course, it's a writing problem. The writer was not able to see the flaws in her writing or to anticipate what would be understood on the screen.
This is a classic problem: the writer knows everything about their story and becomes blind to what someone who knows nothing about their story can understand. Some writers are able to make themselves understood by the majority of the audience, even for complicated stories. This doesn't mean that the story will be perfect or exciting in other ways, but at least they have an advantage in that respect. For the writer who has a great story to tell, of course, that will turn off some of the audience.
The notions of mystery and confusion are two different things. Unfortunately, I lost the link, but I remembered reading a great screenwriter talk about this: it's important to avoid confusion. I had also come to this conclusion after various drama analyses.
So we can say, about this point: it's bad writing.
I haven't found a single stance where i could criticize han so hee acting. Her acting was top notch,i was skeptical…
Dude, anyone who have watched World of the married should know how good she is. ;-) And as woman, she makes a love story believable. We see her on the screen, we fall for her, not the kind of thing any actress can trigger.
Yes, there is even a kiss, but it's hidden in a travelling and you only see a wall instead. Then that romance is…
Well I made a mistake. They still know each other. I got a bad translation. The line was more the woman was astonished the man know the name of the girl (probably their child).
Same 😤 wtf just happened?? I'm not smart enough to understand it.
The baby is called "Byeori". I wonder if it's another timeline or not now... Maybe it's manok baby? Just for fun. Could be Eojin one? So she fuck with him, then says him goodbye, thanks for the sex party but now I don't wan't to see you anymore. Probably we can make the whole drama instead of the writer.
I'm not sure it will be taken into consideration.

"take your time, and finish before to leave". Everyday, forever now.
It's a pleasant watch, in a not so much dystopian world.

You get the same feeling on some others websites by the way.

I was coming to confirm what you said. ;-)

Indeed, it would create a makjang consanguineous plot-line.
