I noticed it too. The horse is very well trained as well. You don't have to say cha too many times and it moves. hahahaha♥

I've noticed this as well. There are some really beautiful horses too. It's like they pull all the old farm horses in to film. I don't know if you seen retired horses when they get old they deteriorate over time. A typical domestic horse lifespan is 25 to 30 years, but they have been known to live as long as 61 years, according to the ADW. Wild horses, and horses living in the wild, such as mustangs , tend to have a shorter lifespan, but have been known to live up to 36 years. I have yet to see an Arabian horse in C dramas. They're wonderful. But in reality the horses they use are well used horses older horses. Don't get me going about horses. I love them.♥

Dad also pointed out LBY's family is no match either. It's a mess.♥

This first part is the build up. FL is only 15 and doesn't know about hot steamy kisses and hugs yet. Slow build to maturity. Her family is hysterical and you can see where she gets her ideas from. Not focused on palace yet. Story is told from FL perspective mostly. So expect immaturity. This is a story of growth to maturity. Don't expect romance out the gate on this one. The romance is in the telling of the story. There is a back story which is carried out by ML. It too is going on in the background. FL keeps intersecting with ML story therefore caught his attention. If you have Mommy issues brace yourself. FL mother is very firm military woman. Other than the above mentioned it's a fun watch. Well scripted, fun watch.♥

LY is not a love interest. He is only her pet companion. Both of them don't know what love is. I'm a believer that males and females can be friends with out jumping on each other. It's society that dictates other wise. ♥

Good for her. She can have a beautiful safe nice marriage. Easy Peasy.

It's more that half way done Part 1. There are only 27 ep The companies who are showing the series want to keep your business as long as they can. Probably for Part 2 airing schedule. I'm thinking August. Happy Drama watching ♥

I'll say it again.. The Mom was shocked by the state of her daughter. Mental health, physical health and lack of etiquette. What's a Mom to do? She blames herself. Then she blames the aunt and grandmother. I liked the finesse she used to get rid of the aunt. It's almost like Mother and Daughter both worked together for the outcome. Unbeknownst to each other. Mother's next task to bring her daughter in hand. Tough job as daughter is very, very stubborn. You can see slowly both Mother and daughter are changing. Mother's lack of experience with girls (as she only raised sons in a military fashion) The sons were with her from the beginning not as 15 yr old with a set of problems. As a mother myself I can see it would be a tough task. Mother is trying to prevent problems from daughters behaviour therefore protecting her. The last straw was the bridge. We all laughed but really it wasn't funny. Someone could have gotten hurt. I don't believe in corporal punishment but she did need a good spanking. (maybe not military style but never the less) Writing out scriptures doesn't work, sending her to her room won't work (escape artist) Good she sent her away as she lost her patience. I really feel the mother's frustration. ♥

Yah they should have got together in the first episode and then we know how it ends at the beginning. What's the fun in that? It's a journey to a goal. ♥

She's worried that when she moves to the other household SS will have problem with the in-laws. It's not what she has imagined. Do you think her in=laws will let their son do what he wants? ( Not in Chinese Drama Universe.) Dad pointed out it would be the same for LBY with in-laws conflict and trying to control her.

Now we know why her sons don't visit home more. She will beat them in grief for something they didn't do. ♥

Yes I was surprised too when they were all in the same scene. My thought was woah all that testosterone in one place. Everyone had their chance to put a dig in. SS was oblivious to all of it until the carriage ride. ♥

Just the odd one here and there. What drew me to Chinese dramas is the fantasy, wuxia, xiania, martial arts and historic genres. Love that stuff. Korea doesn't have much in that way. I have watched some contemporary dramas from Korea.♥

She is 23 now and this was filmed 1yr and a half ago. She was pretty young. Her growth is amazing from her first to now.
In series but she debuted on TV.
