RIP.
A very sad story for this actor.
The working conditions and environments for those Asian actors and actresses have always amazed me.
These poor conditions are even more obvious in costumed dramas by their distinctive cold breaths while reciting their lines; whenever, they are filmed during the winter seasons.

I was waiting for their completions before checking them out.
They are releasing so many of them lately; it’s like they are trying to fill up the void between the more intelligent stories...

come on now, cut Mu Jin a break. As the synopsis pointed out: She uses the techniques inherited from her father…
Yeahhhh...
You used the right words “Posing as his brother”
As, what he said to little cray-cray and power-hungry purple eyes was coming from his brother not from him.
As for Mu Jin financing Fei Bai‘s army, he did not ask her for that and she definitely did not finance his army; unless, we are watching 2 different absurd dramas. Mu Jin created a war device for him and gave it to him incognito.
However, I have to admit that I don’t know which character is more stupid, useless, helpless and more submissive to their weird father - Fei Bai or Sima Ju?

Anyway, don’t let yourself get frustrated by this.
Take it for what it is; a complete and an utterly absurdity!!!

Wait.
I am not sure if I am supposed to laugh at your comment or to ask more questions about it?

Well, I am going to let my curiosity gets the best of me... Hahaha...
So, she improved their laundering system... Wow... Whoop-de-do... That is immensely impressive... An idiot of a strategist with faster and cleaner clothes.

And who’s exactly that might be “her "cheating" deadbeat boyfriend”?
Last time I checked; Yuan Fei Bai was her husband and He has never cheated on her. He never clarified that he has a twin brother for whom, the insane and power-hungry little sister of “Laundromat Queen or Laundromat Strategist” has been secretly obsessed over.
But potatoes... potatoes... It’s just semantics...

Will disagree with you. She will use tactics to gain power for him soon and many times will make sacrifices for…
Really?
Because I am up to episode 47 and this utterly nonsense is not getting any better.
The more I watch it; the more I am despising every single character without any exception...

The only reason that I am watching this total nonsense of a drama, where every single character is unlikable and absurd, is because I am waiting on more episodes from “And the Winner is Love” and “Autumn Cicada.”
You know... Intelligent dramas with smart storylines where real actors are actually acting...

I am so tired of useless Mu Jin getting taking away by a different man every single episode or so...
Was the original novel that irritating or should we thank the director and the screenwriter for this piece of nonsense?

Oh SB... SB...
#1 ANNOYING female lead character of the year 2020... Goes to that girl...
I completed the last episode of “Born Again” and I still have no clue, even to the very end, about her character beside being the most irritating, indecisive, flakiest and utterly ridiculous female character that I have witnessed in a modern drama.

Once again, Mu Jin shows how utterly useless her character is.
Hahaha...
Poor Snow/Yuan Fei Bai... How many times he got injured so far? Countless...
He is chronically ill, he got poisoned, stabbed, wounded, nocked down, trapped, imprisoned, his identity and his brother’s have been misunderstood by Mu Jin’s crazy sister, abandoned by his wife, every single male character in the drama wants to take his wife away and the drama styling crew is dead set at making him wearing make up.

Crosse-dressing idiot was silly and funny at the beginning but now he is just ridiculously annoying and intrusive.
He is like a bad itch you want desperately to get rid of...

Excessive make up on the 1st male lead, crosse-dressing on the 2nd male lead; finally, an inconsistent and an unaware idiot who can’t draw the line between romantic and platonic affection even if her life depends on it...
Hmmmmm... I wonder who was the dum-dum that came up with those “bright” ideas?

Did I just spot a Goguryeo three- legged crow inside of a royal Chinese palace in episode 35?
I am not talking about the sanzuwu found in Chinese legend but the actual golden Goguryeo Samjok-o.
Then we have Mu Jin wearing a distinctive headband from the Joseon dynasty. And a faked curly brown face hair that looks like she is from the western regions.

There is an extravagant amount of absurdity in this fantasy drama. It is a pot-pourri of absurdity... My goodness...

My goodness... yes...
What was the deal with that excessive make up on both Snow and his brother? They only applied that on these 2 characters. Why?
I still can not figure out why was the reason?

Then we have Mu Jin...
This year, I got to witness 2 of the most annoying female lead characters: Mu Jin from “The Twin Flower Legend” and Ha-Eun/Sa-Bin from “Born Again.”
Mu Jin is supposed to be smart but she is the most stupid and the most useless female strategist ever portrayed in a drama. She is giving Bai Ping Ting a bad name. And that actress’s acting is wow... It is really impossible to describe it...
The second male lead who is disguising himself as a female is doing a much better job than her.

I was cheering for Feng Zi then she falls again into Master Yuan's scheme. I was sad though when she realised…
Oh I love love natural looks.
My top favorite actor is Yoon Kyun-sang and partly because of his natural looks.
However, Mu Yuan’s face lacks definitions in here. I like a nose to be a nose and a pair of cheekbones to be a pair of cheekbones not just part of a circle...
His mouth twitches when he talks? I have not noticed that. I have to pay more attention now.

Not that I am a crazy fan of Leo but I find Mu Yuan’s face too meaty. His face has no definitions.
I think that he looked better in Ashes of Love than in this one.

This costumed drama has to be the strangest, the most bizarre and the most out-of-this-world fictional story ever.
And I mean, really mean ever...
Every single character without exception is weird.
Every one of them is a deviant schemer... Either for power, for revenge, for survival or just because they are bored.
Every single episode gets more kooky than the previous one.

*What is this? And why am I still watching this?
