Fuean = Faen (boyfriend/girlfriend) + Phuan (friend). Means someone is your friend and lover. Depending on the context it can also mean friend with benefits.
You know, I can accept a series with a thin plot and I'm all about watching a couple's domestic life but you still have to make it dynamic and engaging. This is getting dull! How many times are we gonna see AiNhai discuss their background while sitting in the car? How many times are we gonna watch their friends play RPG? Or discuss what they want to eat ? AiNhai are cute but it's not enough to make ALN a good series.
They keep adding more episodes but it's obvious they don't know how to finish the story. They could add 5 or 8 more episodes and we would still be running in circles. That's a real shame they destroyed RainPhayu cause they were the only good thing from this fiasco.
I went on MosBank's Youtube channel to see their travel adventures. And guys, Mos is more cute and sexy in every day life! I don't know what happened with the makeup and hairstyle but he's not handsome in the series.
Well from my POV, I see yai's reaction for what his father did was expected, he's his son, he should've told him…
Yai is a brat but this time he was justified. I will never understand why parents introduce their new partner this way. Kids aren't gonna welcome this unknown person just like that! My mom did this to me when I was 12. She brought this guy and said "He's going to live with us... and I'm pregnant." I was shocked and 25 years later I'm still hurt when I think about it.
I liked the trailer. This could be great! Acting wise I've no doubt cause Fiat never disappoints. Let's hope the plot and filming are good. I really want him to succeed.
This episode really stressed me the fuck out! Between KhanTua, confession (I was afraid Tua would reject Khan), Ayan calling out Chadok to defend his bf, Akk's meltdown... That was too much. Damn.
Wait though - Ai didn't impose himself on Nhai, it was the other way around - Ai even tried to resist Nhai's advances.…
I'm afraid we're getting 9 episodes of nothing much for the MCs but we'll have too much screentime for the secondary couples.
You're right. Nhai did initiate the sexual encounter. But it could have stopped there, a drunken mistake. Where Ai did impose himself (the word might be too strong) is when he said he'd go back to Canada if Nhai rejects him, knowing Nhai doesn't want to lose him as a friend. It was quite manipulative. Then we have 2-3 instances were he's going for skinship with a non receptive Nhai. Why would you try seducing someone who's telling you they might ditch you in 30 days? That's putting a lot of effort for someone you barely know. I would have liked to see more of their friendship and Ai falling for Nhai to justify the premise.
Well, ep3 wasn't better. I was bored. I could understand the premise (starting a 1 month relationship to see if your crush can reciprocate your feelings) if we were shown why Ai likes Nhai. Love at first sight is cute but is it enough to impose yourself on someone? A straight guy at that? What is the timeline here? Ai meets Nhai and falls in love at first sight, they become friends and start their affair. All that happens in how many days? I wonder if they're following the novel. The whole situation is cute but shallow. The guys are pretty, I especially like Nhai's mischevious smile and they kiss good, I was impressed! But I'm not sure it's enough for me to come back every week.
Edit: one thing I like is Nhai being confused. He's definitely attracted to Ai. But as a straight guy it's realistic to show us he can't yet reconcile himself to the fact that he desires a guy.
Go away, church lady! There are plenty of Christian Broadcasting Network series for you to enjoy. But I guess…
And as usual, you're writing the same shit, making up stories about people you don't know, belittling them, thinking you're a know-it-all when in fact you're a nobody desperatly wanting people's attention on social medias. A very sad life.
What was that?! Who drugs and films someone because they're competing for a girl's attention? What shit is this? Are we supposed to care for such a pos MC ? And of course they'll excuse his behavior by giving him a sad childhood story... Besides the bad and overdramatic storyline, the acting is weak, especially from Isbanky who overacts. They're trying too hard for a dark stylish storyline but in the end it's just a series about toxic and childish college guys playing adults.

I'm surprised with the tone of the story : I feel a disconnect between the cinematography and plot and the comedic tone. As if they couldn't choose between a sleek mature series or a comical clichΓ© series.
That being said, I enjoyed this episode. The acting from Isbanky was better and the filming was less disjoncted and less over the top.
