So now, Ple is interested in Rain? Of course, we needed that... I really like Noeul. Imo, he's carrying the series. I'm still here for him (and Sky). I know you all love Boss but I'm not fond of his acting (he barely emotes and when he does it's sometimes out of sync). Also, why are we comparing their NC scene with VP's ? The dynamics is not the same, nor is the emotion conveyed. One shows more skin with sensuality, and the other has less skin showned but implied hardcore stuff. To each their own but they can't be compared.
Yup, I'm definitely asexual. In case I still had some doubts 12 years after coming out as ace, I just have to…
Yeah, it wasn't that hot, nothing special. But I guess it's enough to sell seeing how everyone is fanning themselves... I guess I wasn't into it because I'm not sold on this couple, I think their romance is moving too fast.
5min in and I want to drop it. I'm not a fan of OhmFluke, like at all, and the directing is overdramatic. But I want to see Noh. I liked him in Nitiman and I saw on IG some scenes of RainPhayu, it seems interesting.
This series is giving me so many feels! I've said it before but the characterization of the 4 guys is chef's kiss. There's no 2D character (well, except Teacher Chadok but that's another story). They take the time to give a backstory and motivation for each boy and that's why the series is interesting.
If you're looking for a show to entertain you, I think this is the right series for you. Now, just because it's…
Yeah logically he'd go to his bestfriend Sky, but for the sake of the plot he went to Phayu, a guy he has known for what, 2 weeks? A man he supposedly wants to get even with.. I would have prefered if they had him go to Phayu after trying to contact Sky for no avail. But, since this story isn't made to be realistic, let's pretend it makes sense.
It makes me umcomfortable. He is treating him like a child. That hug was weird. Like he opened his arms and expected…
They have this Daddy/Boy dynamics that's totally ok, to each their own. But here, I don't feel it. Maybe because they didn't establish this dynamics together. Rain told him several times not to call him stupid, not to do this or that but he continues. That puts Rain in this "reluctant uke" position I could have done without. Also because Phayu is quite patronizing, he says some things and speaks to Rain with a certain tone I don't like.
Hmm. Well, finally, the plot moved forward. I think maybe the problem for me is the actor playing Sakuma gives…
Minato's characterization is quite strange for me. He's 27 or 28 but acts like a 40 yo as you said, but when it comes to romance, he's like a 15yo virgin. That doesn't sound genuine, and I feel the character was created like this for the sake of drama. In the same fashion, they stretched Minato & Sakuma's story arc unecessarily. And by doing so they put themselves in a corner: now they can't have Minato declare his love to Shin after we saw him fixating on his teacher for so long. The only realistic ending possible is a time jump of several years and when they reunite, Minato accepts Shin's feelings and they start their romance...1 minute before the end credits.
Patiently waiting for PrapaiSky, hoping the problematic stuff will be tolerable lol. For once, I'm more interested in the second couple, and I would have liked their story to run simultaneously with PhayuRain.
Since everyone is chipping in, I'd do to: why, for the love of me, do you feel the need to respond when you disagree with someone? I mean, why can't you just leave your comment, be it positive or negative, without taking a shot at someone's opinion? You don't like that people write lenghty comments about their disapproval on age gap romance? You can disagree, but posting about how these people take themselves too seriously and should apply that effort for school work? Saying they shouldn't bother because it's just a series? Is it necessary to do that? Why the contempt? What I'm saying also apply to those viewers who can't tolerate negative reviews and bash those who criticize their favorite series, even when valid arguments have been made. And same thing with the never ending discussion about toxicity in BL... Why are we policing people? I've been on social media since early 2000's and I don't remember we we're like this, so patronizing and trying to impose our opinions on each other. It's exhausting (and is it me or it's worse on MDL?). Not everything has to be a competition on who's smarter and who's right... Ok, I said what I said, I feel better now :-)
well i didn't know this would hurt your feelings, we all have freedom of speech so don't tell them what to like…
Lol, you're so ridiculous I can't even be mad. I'm not telling anyone what to like or dislike. As a fan of TTTS and KP, I'm saying I'm always surprised with people's double standard. Sorry if you think you telling people to keep their negative opinions to themselves is the same thing as me calling out some viewers for their hypocrisy. But go on, keep following me on MDL pages to show how childhish you are.
Then would the people who like the series also keep it to themselves and not "I like this", "I love this"? It's…
You talk about ethics and empathy but you want to opress people so you can be happy. That's an entitled attitude that doesn't work on social medias. I'll give you an idea: you can keep scrolling and ignore comments you disagree with or not come on MDL if you know it's gonna hurt your feelings. Either way, you're responsible for your feelings. Nobody is going to shut up just to make you happy. Have a nice day.

Methinks you don't know what ethics means otherwise you wouldn't try to stop freedom of speech, even less on a platform designated for movies/series discussion.
wait, what did I miss? I was thinking of giving this drama a chance once it ended (if there was a time jump lol)
Well, if you read the comments below, you'll see viewers are disappointed because nothing is really happening lol. First 4 episodes were great, but I felt the storyline was repetitive and that the addition of secondary plots were unecessary and would slow the progression of the romance. And that's what happened. The series goes in circle and rehashes the same interactions between the MCs. The series is not bad, it's well acted and funny but the plot isn't strong and it's frustrating to wait every week for no real progression.
