What? Master's suns main couple was awesome, what did you not like about them?
You mean the drama that created a big fandom as big as Sogong between GHJ and SJS? that lasted years?
That's unfortunate, I loved the chemistry between the leads, and felt their love was mature and felt real. And it is a Hong sister show, so theres a lot of metaphors and symbolism that can get confusing sometimes. And yes, there isn't much skin ship in master sun i'll admit, but their love felt so strong.
At the end of Ep. 12, we saw SDM go to interview with WIJ. Now, let us imagine that WIJ was not available for the interview, and instead one of the other staff did the interview. I present, what would happen if SDM had an actual interview for her position.
Interviewer: Hello, it says here you name is Seo Dal Mi and you are interviewing for the position of Strategic Planning Manager.
SDM: Yes that is correct.
Interviewer: What is your three year plan?
SDM: To be the CEO of this company. *whispers* (And to still be in love with Dosan-ahhhh.)
Interviewer: Excuse me?
SDM: Hmm? I didn't say anything.
Interviewer: I think I heard you say Dosan-ahhh
SDM: No I didn't.
Interviewer: Ok, moving on... What do you consider your greatest professional achievement?
SDM: Ok, one time at my old job, there was a fan meet by JKN, who is this big popular Kpop band, and I was faced by an army of Stans. I did such a great job at fending of the stans, that my company gave me a banner for it.
Interviewer: Ok, and how does this relate to AI?
SMD: What’s that?
Interviewer: AI, as in Artificial Intelligence, the field Injae company is in?
SDM: Oh you mean Tarzan and Jane?
Interviewer: Excuse me?
SDM: It has zero relation.
Interviewer: Ok… moving on... describe your dream job.
SDM: To sail without a map.
Interviewer: Excuse me?
SDM: I want to be in a job where I don’t need to worry about failing, and just keep taking uneducated risk, until I hit it big.
Interviewer: Okay… moving on… Why did you leave your current position at SST?
SDM: I did not, I was acqFired.
Interviewer: Aren’t you the CEO?
SDM: Yes, but I only had 7% of the company shares.
Interviewer: How does that happen?
SDM: Just because…
Interviewer: Ok… moving on… What kind of work environment do you like best.
SDM: I really enjoy nobody questioning my decisions and having someone to answer all the hard questions for me?
Interviewer: Ma’am, I don’t think that type of work environment exist.
SDM: It did at my old job.
Interviewer: Ok… moving on… Can you tell us one of your strengths?
SDM: I am an excellent judge of character.
Interviewer: Ok, can you tell us more about it?
SDM: I was dating this guy who was lying to me, and with my astute instincts I figured out he was catfishing me, and I broke up with him immediately.
Interviewer: Oh, wow, and how long before you figured out his lie?
SDM: Just a mere 4 months
Interviewer: Ok… moving on….I want to ask you a question, there are no right or wrong answers. A snail is at the bottom of a 10 feet well. Each day he climbs up 2 feet, but slips back 1 feet, how many todays will it take him to climb out of the well?
SDM starts thinking…
SDM: Can I call a friend?
Interviewer: Excuse me? This isn’t a game show question…
SDM: I want to call my CTO Dosan-ahh, as he normally answers these hard questions for me…
Interviewer: It says here that your references is Mr. Han Ji Pyeong. Is it ok if you let him know we will be calling him?
SDM: What month is it today?
Interviewer: It’s march, why do you ask?
SDM: Ahh, then you can’t call him.
Interviewer: How come? It says he works in the same building as you, so you must see each other quite often.
SDM: No, I only make small talk with him once a year for Chuseok.
I just finished the second episode here are my thoughts:-this episode was less interesting than the first one…
Yeah the 1st episode was such a well done pilot, that it's hard to top. Let us know your reactions per episode :) It's always fun to relive the journey through someone else's experience.
I'm happy you liked it. The scene where Siwan is asking the actress who she is, I laughed so hard. Lol
That dinner scene of theirs? It felt so natural. Like two close friends, wanting to know more about each other. It didn't feel forced at all. And by the time the kiss came? It felt so natural.
Compare that to TKEM, and the first LG and TE kiss was awkward as well. Or every SDM and NDS conversation in Start Up had zero chemistry.

Siwan's blank stare is amazing. The way he breaks character a few times to show his real emotions, then goes back to his blank stare has really had me impressed with him.
SSK's acting is also on another level, I love that no matter how many fastballs she's thrown, she finds a way to be positive about life, and I also like the fan that she is a fangirl of KSG's mom as well :)))
It will be interesting to see the backstory of all 4 main leads. I'm looking forward to the following episodes. Hopefully nothing too cliche.
Aside from HJP ofc.

They only become a couple in Ep. 17 basically.

The End
I dread going to my Netflix front page, because the trailer of Sweet Home keeps playing LOL!
You should convince him to watch Run On :)
In comparison I love Run On's use of colors, and I am in love with SSK's fashion choice, i'm going to steal her outfit in Ep 2 :))
Compare that to TKEM, and the first LG and TE kiss was awkward as well. Or every SDM and NDS conversation in Start Up had zero chemistry.
You have to marry this man ASAP! Lock him down!
P.S. what does he mean by color palette?
I don't mind it, and it's interesting, like a collated 2020 Kdrama comment section :)
I may occasionally post here about Run On as well! :))))
