This drama has me on the edge of my seat for the whole screening time! On one side I'm happy the eps are so short otherwise I'd collapse holding my breath... on the other side, I wish they'd last forever!
I'll miss them! 9.5/10. This series had me hooked from start to finish, everyone involved did a great job!
YinWar displayed amazing chemistry as always, and their acting improved so much! Actually, the whole cast did great! I would have loved to see more of Aran character because he could have been so interesting... and Mark portrayed him perfectly. My only complaint is the plot, because the action parts were quite farfetched... but somehow, the characters were so intense that they made me believe in their world.
Hope we can get YinWar again soon in something as intense as this one!
I'm pretty torn on this one - took me ages to finish, because I kept falling asleep during the last episodes. It's a very well-filmed and well-acted drama (OHM ROCKS!!), with nice cinematography and I liked the OST too... just, it didn't really have a strong grip on me. I kept coming back week after week because, honestly, Ohm's acting is magnetic and so are Title's and the rest of the cast - Leng too, aside from the rough start, he showed great skills and I'm sure he'll get better with time.
MVP of the series for me: -- Title as James: this boy deserves a huge main role, his acting is way above some MLs from GMMTv and he's so cute too! -- Papang as Suea (especially in white shirt in ep11): another man who needs to star in some main role, great versatility and he's so fine too! -- Ohm. He rocked each and every scene: action, cute moments, funny scenes, dramatic moments... he's one damn actor! Plus, his eyes are magnetic and well, when he's shirtless the world stops and stares.
Yesterday I rewatched the trailer almost fifty times, and spammed it to all my (non-drama-watchers) friends who probably must have thought I went nuts... yes, 37yo and and still being the most excited fangirl ever when it comes to OffGun! XD
Guys, this is actually looking really, really, really promising. Here's why:1. For years, I've been wanting OffGun…
Yes!! Totally agree, ToL and NotMe are my favourite OffGun's series (and among my fav dramas ever, both for different reasons): yesterday I screamed my lungs out when I saw the trailer, it was so unexpected and SO DAMN GREAT! Story looks interesting (hopefully not too crazy), direction is in the best hands (Nuchy, I love you!), cast is fabulous (OffGun never fails, and Dew looks so intense and intriguing in this role!)... hope GMMTv doesn't make stupid things with this one!
Aaaaaaaaaaah I didn't know where to scream how happy I am to have P'Nuchy with OffGun again on a dark drama agaaaaaaaaaaaaaain!!!!!!!! So here I am!!!!!!! Can't wait for 2025!!!!
Argh. Another JDrama that instantly got me hooked... love this storytelling, it feels slow and smooth even tho' things are moving forward pretty fast and so many things are happening! Also, the boys are so young but so convincing in their roles!
100/100. This is undoubtedly one of GMMTV's best series ever!
The genre might not be for everyone and also the humour, but quality-wise everything is way above gmmtv's usual products: top acting, great storytelling, flawless plot, unforgettable ost, charismatic characters and guest stars, elegant and meaningful cinematography, and the direction is chef's kiss!
A second season would probably be too much, but a special episode would be very nice! <3
Mark/Aran is stunning, BUT I really wish they kept some meaning in his character aside of being "the ladylike friend who wears nice shirts"... he's talking about Boss as if he even wasn't his son.
I've seen some pretty random and confusing storylines on some of their series as well, so not sure it's the direction…
Yes, agree... it's just sad that great actors are "wasted" on futile stories. I mean, often they do have to chance to shine anyway, because all in all a lot goes in their own way and ability of portraying a character... and Ohm manages to make Min's character feel "real" just like he always does.
I keep falling asleep while watching this, BUT THANK GOD they keep throwing shirtless Ohm out, like a pokemon attack, and I get back on track waking up again. XD
PS: those crying eyes? I almost cried too! Can we please put Ohm under a great director again, like Golf or Nuchy or Aof? He really can kick asses to some famous hollywood stars...
Uhm, this either feels like some amateur's work who's trying out videomaking, or like it came out straight from around 2010s. Or like it was a spot for something they forgot to add.
The story perse could have been interesting, but there was no storytelling and everything felt so EMPTY: empty scenes, empty dialogues, empty (or no) acting... One thing I must say, though, is that I found Aom to be really beautiful: she's just my tipe of girl. :D
I'm not gonna rate it under 6 just because we need more GLs, but... way better ones.
Our boys are the worst-organized thieves ever, BUT loved this episode!
The kiss somehow reminded me of Not Me's ep8 and Bad Buddy's ep5 in terms of pathos, involvement and tension between the leads, well done to Yin and War! I will say this again, they are really acting their asses of in this series.
On a sidenote... Aran and Rose are such queens, I love them both and I hope they get their moments to shine and be happy!

7.5/10 for me. Maybe it'll even stretch to an 8.

(And yes, he's shirtless. That's a plus.)

And why doesn't this drama have a 10 rating, it's one hell of a series!!
