Same here! There were some reasonable comments made about them not being able to build a fire etc...but I don't believe that they could not be more well-prepared. Definitely some suspension of disbelief required here.

I am only up to ep 3 but this seems like a light romance show. I like the main couple - great chemistry but the two leads tend to have good chemistry with their acting partners.
CXX - another actor who can emote well with his eyes. He looks good in this show.

I think so too. I hope she stays alive in the end, married to the Greater Yan and protecting it. I don't see anyone else that I can ship her with.

I hope that she is using CP to protect MJH. It would suck if she really felt touched by all his actions and agree to be with him.

You may be right. Daddy Emperor may seem oblivious, but I think he is very much aware of many things. He just does not do anything to keep things in check and balanced.

I just did, thanks! To me, the CP is crazy obsessive about Luo Mei just because she's always shown that she likes MJH. I want her to get out of MJH's and ML's way but I also don't want her to be with the CP. He doesn't deserve that satisfaction!

I am all prepared for a SE but now I wonder if the mantra between the two leads would be "I will not die" and the undying flower is their love symbol. Perhaps we could get a HE after all.

I enjoyed the interactions between Qing Yan and MJH in episode 15. Qin Yan praising Mei Lin and him nagging MJH about his health and taking care of himself were so sweet. Please don't let him die (like some other show).

Yue Qin is quite scheming. I thought he would stick to his righteous principles but now I am not so sure.

The CP really treats people as dispensable, all just collateral damage.
