I have to say the actress playing Arong is great with her manic expressions.

Yes, all his gestures were so romantic. It's so obvious to everyone close to him except Mei Lin who was trained to ignore emotions. Although she is aware of her own feelings for him

Hah, I am not so sure - I actually think he will turn a little psycho (not as bad as the CP) and end up making things worse in his blind protection of her.

Yeah, he will take care of her like she's a family member. Not that I want to watch more of them, but I wonder what would happen if she falls for another guy and wants her freedom.

Just finished ep 12 and my heart is breaking for MJH. I am also ready to slap that Consort Zigu out of the way...too freaking annoying. At least YQ as I expected did not go over to the dark side (yet).
Now on to ep 13 - looking forward to it after everyone's comments!

I re-watched the boat scene because it was just so lovely, but then I had to kill my own mood by watching the MV for the theme song. Now I am all 😭😭
I'll go watch the Rise of Ning to lift my mood 🙂

I’m so vested in the ML now that I just want to keep seeing him succeed and give the rest of the Luo men a slap in the face.
The Ml is determined to keep the FL from finding out the truth, I wonder how they are going to move the romance along

First two episodes were so fun!
So glad they got rid of that a**hole right from the get-go. She deserves better!
