If she had not shown her evil power-hungry side, I would have felt bad for her since her father was really the villain. He has been misleading her and pushing her further down the wrong path.

Eps 32 & 33 were so good with a great festive ending. Finally some redemption for AYin and the others that were framed, and FengYin found out more about Gu Jin's sacrifices. Best of all, Hua Shu continued to get slapped in the face. I just wish that her father could get taken down, too, since he's worse than Hua Shu. We also still got the angsty part but this time more about the second couple. Sigh, all this lack of communication and misunderstandings...
I like the mystery around the ML, Ji Hyuk...he seems to know a lot more about Ji Won... It's a perfect revenge if Ji Won can get that snake so-called best friend of hers and her scumbag boyfriend together. Would love to see how Soo Min suffers after she marries Min Hyuk!

It was bittersweet for me - watching the happy reunions but seeing Yuan Qi on the side looking so sad and wistful...That guy is determined to punish himself for everything whether or not it was truly his fault.

And the beat down of Hua Shu continues! This time Yuan Qi and Ao He combined. Seriously how does HS expect to pull off a wedding announcement after such a humiliation? Doesn’t gossip spread quickly even between the realms? Anyway tomorrow’s episodes will be even better with FY personally putting HA in her place. Can’t wait!

I agree that everything that happened was not GJ's fault but he did make a lot of assumptions and did not share his thoughts. That led to misunderstandings. Feng Yin, too, does not know the full details, so she continues to misunderstand him. It's unfair but, at the same time, understandable that she blames him for Ayin's pain. You're right though, even now no one really cares about what he actually wants. I hope that as Yuan Qi, he's more confident and matured enough to stand his ground. Especially now when he's discovering the truth more.
During the break, i rewatched all the episodes and I gotta say that Gu Jin is so misunderstood. He really tried his best given what he knew and is now dying after trying to save AYin. His biggest faults were that he did not let anyone know his plans like most other xianxia MLs and he had elders who meddled too much and made all the wrong choices behind his back. That said, it’s good that he’s suffering now since he did cause AYin a lot of pain so she deserves all the revenge she can inflict!
I’m so glad that Lei Ming was able to shed his guilt and emotional baggage. I still think that he could have done more to defend himself in the past and not just gave in. However, I’m not surprised that he blamed himself not knowing the full story. I guess it will be all about the kids now and I hope things work out for Shen Yao as well!
