I disagree. On how the script is written, I don't think any other actor could portray the innocent Changyi at the beginning and did a 180 of the strong and domineering Lord of the North. As for the emotional scenes, he's on point. Both Dilraba and Allen are amazing together as well as the whole team. No one actor could shoulder a whole drama. A successful drama needs good script, production and acting. Having luck and good timing may be involved too for airing schedule etc.

I love how Youku promotes way more then Tencent.
Part 1 has 22 episodes and Part 2 has 20. From Part 2, the drama continues as episode 23 and so on per Youku. It is currently at episode 28. Episodes 29 and 30 will be released on April 11. The airing days are Monday - Wednesday in China.
