Nah. I prepared myself from ep 1 to not lean on anyone to end up with the girl yet the plot devices still screamed for JP endgame but I saw how they were ignored by the writer in order for DoDal and made the resolution for the premise lackluster.
Still, it was satisfying to see a safe ending. DoDal was cute and JP-Halmeoni combo was too adorable.

Grandma only helped in crafting the letters during that 1st time. The rest were solely Han Ji Pyeong’s doing already. The letters stopped after a year when JP left for Seoul. Perhaps the reason why Dalmi seemed to never have gotten over “Nam Do San” because there was no closure between them.
