I really wanted to like Legend of Fei, not least for Wang Yibo, but it couldn't hold my interest. : /

The impossible choice of either having to wait for new episodes (and be having severe withdrawal) or to wait for the entire series and binge it (and be unable to talk to others about it in the mean time)

I'm pretty sure Priest is a woman, though I could be wrong -- but yes, only Guardian so far before now.
EDIT: It seems that Legend of Fei is also based on a novel by Priest. Sorry about that.

I used the free Chrome extension "Free VPN", which has Thailand amongs its servers. I used it for Gen Y too, on iQiyi. Sometimes it works without a hitch but sometimes you have to disconnect and reconnect a few times if the server is too slow or unstable. But at least it's free.

I actually submitted an edit to remove the part about him being a wolf, with the argument that it's a spoiler, and it looks like it went through.

It does mean bad, though. A wolf is someone who will do whatever they want to get what they want, without caring about the people they deal with. So in business it means someone who is ruthless, and in love it could mean someone who will seduce others without actually caring about them, or about the consequences for them.

I've watched the two subbed eps and I'm really liking it so far! The visuals are amazing, the fight scenes have great choreography, and Gong Jun's intensity is killing me :)

I believe the author they are shading is Chiffon_Cake, author of 2Moons, who reportedly had a LOT of opinions on the casting of the series -- in part responsible for the relaunch of the series with a completely new cast.

NC means "No Children", i.e., adult content :) What we might call NSFW in English, or NC-17 when it comes to American movie ratings.

Don't quote me on this, okay, because I may have mixed things up in my memory, but I think she had lots of very strong opinions about the casting of 2Moons, which was one of the reasons that they remade it with a completely new cast.

Yeah, the Kaownah/Turbo appearance was funny. What other cameos did you see? I suck at facial recognition, especially if it's people I'm not super familiar with, and they appear only briefly.

They were in the same circle of friends, but I don't get the impression that they were actually friends *with each other*. Wishfully so on Aey's part, perhaps, but not so much on Nubsib's. He seems spectacularly uninterested in Aey.
