I think one of the approval staff made a character page for a certain character, i don't think that is really necessary since that page is blank.

Most of his (and his co-director) procedural/mystery drama have a really average start, but later on it is getting weirder and weirder. expect some weird a** twist later on (I haven't read the novel btw).

Murai is the real MVP, man starting off as an abusive misogynistic boss but later he turns into a friend that reach out to you in your lowest point.

For an obvious reason, despite Anno's intentionally make it "cheap", Shin Ultraman have the lowest budget compared to the other "Shin" movie.

Their Drama acc said that it will be distributed globally via Netflix. but just like some of TBS drama that has similar announcement, we need to wait on whether it is indeed distributed globally or not and is it going to be a weekly release or they're gonna release the entire drama after the final episode release.

Since this is a D+ original, it will be released on every country available (unless there's censorship or other restrictions).

Agreed, it's been a longtime since we have a proper "zero to hero" female centered plot like this. Also I love that the drama have 90's-early 00's charm to it, simple yet moving.

The original plan is to keep it as a single drama, but due to creative differences between the drama staff and the original (novel) author they decided to split it into 2 separate season.
