If more than 98 % beleive in sad ending, it is really hard to say otherwise. PTSD will be worsened if they just…
It's really not that hard to go up against 98% of viewers when you interpret the drama yourself. And that's why I'd be curious, if even 50% of that 98% didn't read or hear about the novel ending, would their interpretation remain the same? When I watched it, I didn't feel despair. I felt their happiness and hopeful for them when they were together, that's when I feel they're just living off somewhere as best as they know how.
However, I'm not reading that deep into it either. I get he has PTSD, and I understand they won't be seeking treatment. However, that's where it ends for me. They've now living together, enjoying each other's company and the show ends. I don't need a realistic ending lol it's how I choose to interpret it.
I wonder if ppl hadn't read the novel, would they think the ending was a su1c1de. I took it the other way, they're just gonna live their lives, enjoy each other and see what cones may. Using the 'elopement' as a way to see it as unaliving themselves to me is too dependent on the novel's ending. From the very beginning, they were individuals who didn't want to burden others with their issues. My interpretation of them eloping as meant they're living out the rest of their lives alone without burdening their parents, so my ending is a happy one for a great series where CZY solidified himself as a great talent once again.
Anyone here for Edward Chen (Su Hao An)? He and Zhang Miao Yi ( Zhong Si Qiao ) complement our gloomy couple with…
First time I'm watching Edward Chen in anything and I'm liking him so far. I'm not usually for tge second couple but am loving this one and am a big fan of ZMY. Also love the friendships except for the third male, he handled that situation poorly.
Just completed and got a lot to say about this show. So glad the brother and sister ended up alone, they were the most selfish characters. I watched this and I must be mindful that it was a diff generation. One where Baek Soek's constant confession wasn't regarded as harassment. One where Seol Ri's one side love was seen as enough for both parties, mind you that trope still lives on lol. Then they insert some annoying character for Baeck Soek at the end 🙄 Now the FL... all I can say is that she's now my fav. The sheer talent of this woman. To play 3 different characters and manage to be convincing in all of them. She brought me to tears, she drove me with her inner rage, she was such a savage when she got her memory back too which I enjoyed and she filled me with butterflies in those moments of love. The ML was good too but she carried this show. I'm already rewatching certain parts.
No hate please,I just have a hard time continuing this drama...like what is the plot...correct me if I am wrong,…
I feel the same... but I'm not a big fan of LMH anyway but of GHJ... and on top of it, I just don't see the chemistry between them. I have even less curiosity about the rest of the cast. Big production that just didn't pan out.
The best melodrama I have seen.Kim Hyun-joo's portrayal of two persons with totally opposite personalities is…
am up to ep 29 and omg I'm loving her memory being restored and becoming savage again haha loving what the writers are doing here... and the true star is the FL, this is my first time watching her and she's beautiful and talented... and am loving her arc here, it really shows her range.
