I'm only up to ep 10 but I don't think SYH looked down at ZP. She didn't like her after she tried to kill the FL. ZP annoyed me to no end, I reckon she's more arrogant than SYH. It frustrates me how the FL constantly helps her and let's her get away with stuff.

The PE teacher had an infatuation with Deng Man. He killed her cos he saw her confessing to Jiang Cheng and he was jealous. The one who sent the anonymous ltr was his wife, who is not really incapacitated. She knows her husband killed Deng Ma. Since her anonymous ltr didn't yield a new investigation, she found a way to reopen the case. Kill another girl, tie it to Deng Man's case, that'll ensure a re-investigation.

All speculation of course... the one he sent the text to is someone who knows what he did and is blackmailing him.

and she isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed... what I'm worried about is that they'll drag this out for 30+ eps

Yea, I think itsa girl who did the killing. My guess is that she's related to Deng Man somehow, maybe a sister and she blames the FL for Deng Ma's suicide... very intriguing. I find the 2ML quite good looking but I haven't missed those micro expressions where he could be a psycho lol

I think in order to understand their povs, you gotta watch more eps. I was like that too til she explained why and even him, why he can't forget her etc

I'm thinking because Tang Jie's hubby is always with her, hard to find somewhere where she can be easily targeted.

Yep, I agree with the cringe factor, it's annoying cos they're well into their 30s, the director should've taken it on a more mature approach, now I'm left rolling my eyes, sighing and ffwding, their scenes are incredibly annoying now but farrkk WTPR didn't air this wk so I gotta watch it 😆

I reckon it's cos he ghosted her. Never said goodbye, just upped and left and for her it was a betrayal because she accepted him for what he was and he didn't even have the decency to let her know he was okay.

Yes, this was hinted at early on but never explored. Makes you wonder why it was even brought up.

I don't regard her as pitiful nor was she weird. She was just straightout narcissistic lol she didn't want kids so she walked in front of a car to kill the baby. ML was right in wanting to save the baby but of course as a selfish narcisstic shell of a woman, she wanted revenge for being wronged so she was arrogant, entitled, exploitative and lacks empathy. I wish she suffered a lil bit more. She got off scot free for a pill pusher and a criminal (for installing the cameras) and even ended up with her husband, that was the only thing I didn't like about the show.
