This would've worked better if they expanded their past lives storyline since it was the only thing interesting…
just rewatched and I totally agree! The acting talent is there but I had a problem with the direction and dialogue. It was a frustrating watch at times due to thw repetitiveness of the issues they faced.. came up against the same thing and they tried to solve it the same way expecting the result to be different... the FL character was frustrating with the guilt trope that plagues every drama... even tho I still liked it, I'm lowering my score. First time I watched, I was probably blinded by the ML lol but moved on lol
What's with the need of every cdrama to pair off every male and female so you'd have 3 or 4 couples every damn time?! Couldn't stand Xu Yan and Jia Lin together, she was a child! bromance was nice at least but the rest meehhh disappointing
It stays the same... she is really good at acting sad moments, serious scenes like at the beginning in the hospital.…
yep... dropped at 7 then watched the last ep, her expressions are still the same. Her try hard cute and funny acting was cringy and ruined their scenes for me. Watching Sun Jae alone couldn't sustain the drama for me.
at ep 4 and I'm already annoyed with the FL's constant surprised, shocked, deer in headlights expression. I think this is the reason why I dropped Extraordinary You. She was the same on it too. She could tone the overacting down a bit.
Namiki need not have to discard 3 to 4 years of precious time. When Yae confessed that she was fond of him at…
I think he left even after she confessed because he wanted to pursue his dream and be the man she deserved. That's ny take on it anyway :) Her coming back into life gave him the courage to pursue his dream again. He also didn't want to be with her on the rebound. He respected her too much for that and knew she deserved the better version of him. Either that or I'm giving it way too much credit 😂😂
Am I the only one that did not like this drama? Cause idk why but since ever the first few episodes the ml and…
for me, it was tge FL's acting... cringey and I got second hand embarrassment most of the time with her. On top of that the writers did her character dirty and made her quite pathetic imo. A doormat who gets slapped and doesn't do anything about it. A pathetic orphan who runs every time some guy tells her to even when he had a gf. I wanted to pull her by the hair and slap some spine into her. But I think this actress acts like this on her dramas I've watched. Try hard.
cute... moments I ffwd through, but overall, a nice series, always love watching XZ expanding his range. But there were moments when a kiss would've been sweet but they didn't go for it so always felt flat for me.
Just curious, did they all have fake tans on on purpose? And with the FL, did they try to make get look unappealing with the no makeup look? I was a bit confused with the aesthetics as with the ML, she basically looked the same from her youth til the end.
I thought the drama was good overall, but I don't think the main character, ML, was portrayed in the best light.…
Some might say that that's not really a character flaw. Being able to help someone who has betrayed you, you're either at peace with yourself... or really stupid 😂🤣
The only thing good about this drama is that it introduced me to Zhong Chu XI, she is effortless and incandescent.…
am rewatching as I dropped it earlier and this is how I feel too. ML's quite pathetic in his approaches to everything. He gets angry with Mi Bai and all it is is raise his voice an octave, lacks emotion and just downright flat.
