I am straight up, NOT in support of Jing Fan's "My child, I won't share" POV. Unless the other parent poses a risk to your child's safety. The child has a right to BOTH parents. You're not thinking of your child, you're only thinking of yourself. And why wouldn't you want more people in your child's life, who love them?!?
THAT SAID; I am not complaining about the fact that it has provided a set up for the all out hyper-masculinity competition between Heng Da and Yu Quan. It is both comedy and eye-candy gold! I wish they'd developed it more.
26 episodes and now I'm bored although I was having so much fun before. I knew that I wouldn't last 40 episodes.…
I hear you (read you) but I'm still on board because I'm finding it to be 'silly' melodramatic. Like they're aware it's OTT, (Marcus Chang in on the verge of mugging, vertially every episode) but they never overplay it. 🤔 Although A'Fa might be pushing that boundary a bit. All in all I'm still finding it's a light-hearted laugh. And it's a relief to watch such a liberal and gender positive show, compared with so many so called Romance dramas.
Hello Venus ML made a cameo and i almost died 😆As a huge fan of "eye romance" (acting that portrays the romantic…
I come back to this page periodically because I love this drama so much. Your comment reminded me of one of the reasons - The chemistry between the leads is so palpable. 'Eye romance' is perfect 🤣 ....wish I could experience that in real life, but pretty happy to watch Li Xian on repeat.
Is this drama sad? I'm going through it rn, so I don't want to watch a tear jearker lol.
The 1st ep is definitely a tear-jerker. But it is a set piece to justify the FLs decisions thereafter. And it's a beautiful cameo by Janice Wu. The rest is really joyful. IMO A slow burn for the viewer, where you come to the end, feeling refreshed.
The ml has same personality with hong banjang get along well with the people, but overall the story is totally…
40 eps is pretty common in Cdramas. They generally have a slower pace, usually to allow character development or redemption. IMO this drama's 40 eps, are worth it. I never wanted it to end.

And I mean compassion, not empathy. He doesn't just feel what someone else is feeling, He thinks about what they are feeling and then does something about it. He makes that choice, which takes a lot of courage.
Pu Yi Yong has entered my list of Favourite Characters of all time. He is NOT simple. He reminds me a lot of Cal from East of Eden (the Steinbeck novel, not the KDrama). Pu Yi Yong lives under the burden of everyone else's assumptions and categorisations. But he has an incredible insight into human emotions, and a deep compassion for them, even when he can't relate to them.
Just stumbled across this today by accident, looking for another iQiYi Drama. This is SO GOOD! Sad I missed the conversations whilst it was airing 😔

Pretty awesome for a comedy drama character!
"Female lead TO Park Bo Gum". The use of, 'of' here, suggests he owns her.
