I like the electric but I don't like the opening song especially the chorus melody. A song like Chinese paladin (2005) opening song would have been great with LBaFD. Because I have been spoiled by Joy Of Life and Longest day in Chang'an OSTs so far I haven't been impressed by LBaFDs. For me this year best OST goes to "Reset" (the best cdrama of the year so far)

I think DFQC wanted to kill her when they met but cause of that curse attachement they had in the beginning (harming her means harming him) he had to force himself into her life even though she was scared of him.

I am ok with that cause it is a xianxia. I would have been mad if it was a Wuxia drama. It is so sad to see the state of recent wuxia works tho. Gone is the golden age (70's to 00's) of Chinese martial art movies.

Funny how CH and XLH theme song is the only one I really like concerning the music score. Sorry but I am in the minority that don't think the OST of the show is all that.

I agree. It beats Galaxy by a very looooong margin not even funny it is a fact. XLH and DFQC in the lattest episodes are a reminiscence of XiaoQi and Ahu in "The Rebel princess". The place of COMMUNICATION and UNDERSTANDING btw them made them the best onscreen couple of 2021 costume cdramas. And I see those things btw the MLs in this drama here. And even I have my issues on how they made XLH standard xianxia FL I still understand why and how ML fell for her. She brought light in his dark world and we saw things developping btw them.

I don't give a f. If you are a Esther Yu fan. The day this girl agency decides to push her out of her comfort zone instead of to stick her in the same caricature of an innocent girl talking like a toddler I will applaud her and her label to the moon and back ! I praised her dubbing skills in the lil snippet of her dubbing a character totally different from what she has beem given. And I will say it again they could have kept XLH innocence and purity without resorting to the babytalk. And I don't even say she acts bad I say they are limiting her by not trying and balance a lil bit the character by toning down certain things to make her at least stand out from the pool of cdrama "cute"
heroines. And yes on that case a role like ZPE stands out more than a XLH. Lol you said : "you don't have right to limit women..." no really girl am I the one limiting young Chinese actresses to babies ? Search again the culprit.

This show better be a lesson to future XianXia PDs on how to make things work (respecting us before thinking about their pockets)!

I am very pleased to see the effort the team put on this show. This is the 1st Xianxia where I can see I really relate to the story we are told here especially the Moon Tribe. When I see the Moon Tribe situation it reminds me of the African continent and its population. The difference is the latter doesn't have a Dong Fang Qing Cang.
I was really touched by the scene with the grieving women and the faceless status.

This suckie writer here cannot wait for your round !
