It will be fine, fallout scene from intro is actually very good, there is one thing she says there which made it all not that sad. And I really enjoyed the part where he tries to win her back.

I can't agree, she gave up her life completely for him, which was a bit meh for me in the final part, as she was a remarkable person who could be much more than ML's companion.

FL's acting is so bad I needed two weeks to break through episode 1 😁 but I like the ML and their dynamics and all the jokes, plot is ok. But does Xu Hai Qiao has an unhappy love story yet again? Poor baby.

If you haven't watch "Are you the one", watch it! Same actress actually, and she delivers "I am equal in many ways or even better" very well and you see her being smart to the extent when she is cooler than any men in the drama and it fits her so well!, she is also a great fighter there and looks natural in fighting scenes.

I need to start watching this or short vids from YouTube will spoil everything for me 😁 But ML looks so fine I can't stay away from them 😁 I mean he looks fine in general, but here seems to be fully free and relaxed, delivering both comedy and drama.

... But I am trying to adjust to it, as I read some really good things in one review :) The beginning is also quite slow but then they met so fast, I was surprised by FL's proactiveness :D

Rewatching some eps after a long time and omg, I forgot how satisfying this was, I really don't think any other drama brough me this many satisfying moments.

First 3 episodes seem to be a collection of random scenes with dialogues that don't make any sense. Why rated so high?..

Ok, I finished after making a break. You know, it's a pity that while having really good job cases they failed romance so much. The final ~10 eps FL just looked so unsatisfied all the time as if creators didn't pay the actress her salary, and honestly some of the things ML did were upsetting indeed and needed to be addressed, but FL seemed to be ok with those things while pushing him away when he needed her.. so it was so meh my teeth hurt.

I somehow survived till they get together, but from there it gets even worse, as two kids would be more mature than these characters. Happy Chen Xing Xu is a delight to watch, but I think I just can't continue.

I can't remember seeing a FL who would be as nothing special as this one... Sometimes plain stupid (sigh)

You know, it was better than expected, but at the same time it felt as if this drama was written by two people, and one was great while the other was a fan of "cliche textbook". That's why we could have a few great scenes and then some ridiculous stuff happening, but also it affected the way character behaved, so sometimes they did or said very meh things. I liked the whole investigation idea and how they uncovered the plot layer by layer, and how multiple characters cooperated and formed a great team with different strengths. My favorite arc was when FL was accused of murder in prison. I had no issues with memory loss in the final episode, it was entertaining and ML's mom was hilarious. Jeremy was great, I can't help but feel sad about probably never getting a perfect drama with him. Official Zhou and his story with FL's sister was a pleasant surprise.

Finished. This was nearly prefect! Really, really good drama with an interesting general plot, normal dialogues, and very nice romance with character development. All leads' conversations were so good and avoided so many drama cliche, it was also a rare example when FL and ML were indeed equal in many ways and sometimes FL was even cooler :D, and it was not just declared but shown. Drama creators should try Zhang Wan Yi in roles where he doesn't have to keep poker face all the time, as the part when they go back home after break-up, he was [like a happy puppy] so enthusiastic and energetic, it felt so different)
