For me it was weird that they kind of forgot about XHX thing in 2nd and 3rd lifetime, and in 2nd they couldn't be together because of his energy issues, and in 3rd... Longyan mentioned something, but it wasn't very clear, but said nothing about "if I marry you, heavens will find out I cheated". Moreover in 2nd lifetime when he fought with XQX (I think) he said that he was gonna get married with heroine in her next lifetime. I was confused.

I don't recall saying that I left, I wrote that I am trying to move on and started to watch other dramas.
Well, I did like TLB and enjoyed comment section on this forum while drama was airing .

They just got their physical form back. QQ doesn't have a scar and is again immortal, which is great, and XQX I guess got his inner star back or whatever that thing was called. It was easier to show this by just dressing them in costumes from past life.
Mentally they are still QQ and XQX with all memories.
I actually wonder if XQX would still have to serve in Luofeng for 1000 years more. He would look funny there in his white costume :)

Oh, well, that was very fierce. I was ok with Leyan's story, nothing bothered me, but I didn't read manhua. And as they, I think, expanded Li Shimin part a bit too, they had to involve more characters connected to the palace. I also liked Li Shimin and his story with Changge a lot btw.

Maybe you should re-read my post with which I started that thread. I explained what I thought about Leyan's feelings. And in another comment I pointed out some similarities in gesun and haoyan storytelling in the drama. Both comments were under spoiler tag, both reflected other people's opinions I read a bit earlier, but were not agressive. Noone forced you to reply on them, but as soon as you were one of those to reply, I continued the discussion. At certain moment it became not nice, but I'd say from both sides.

Yes! Several ministers of that time seem to be quite remarkable people and their life stories worth to be told in historical dramas. I wouldn't mind something about Wei Zheng (Shuyu's father) too, he had an interesting fate.

I know enough about this drama to comment about anything, what happened in it, because i watched it. Period.
You can argue with my opinion or pass by, but making remarks about me or other people being not smart enough, or having not enough knowledge, or watching drama in a wrong way, or being not mature, or having emotional or phycological problems - that's what should be critised.
And if I made such remarks, I am sorry about them. But I am not and will not be sorry about anything I told about the drama, because it's just my opinion about creation of fiction, for god's sake.

But... why so serious? This is comment section for a web series. We are not passing some exam here, nor writing analytical thesis. People watch drama and reflect about it in comments section. They don't have to be objective or make multi-level analysis. Chill.

Oh, come on, relax a little bit. If not all people have the same opinion or see things the same way, it doesn't mean there is something wrong with them or their way of watching asian dramas.
Every creative piece is perceived differently even from what creator meant it to be, and it's totally normal for different recipients to find their own meaning of that creation.

You attack every person here, who has other opinion than "drama is perfect" and "gesun the best cp". It's too late to say about "dont't reply to their comments", after you left several comments under opinion which you didn't like.

You know, that's a very good question, and it actually might be the issue why some viewers didn't see their chemistry at all or felt like it was a brOTP.
Changge is indeed strong and brave etc, but if we compare her with A'Sun, who is actually a man and very masculine - it is easier to see his feelings, and his passion is more evident. Some viewers here on the forum actually mensioned that their lovestory felt one-sided for them.
So, if A'Sun, being a 100% man, succeded in persuading the viewers he was in love, then why Changge didn't?

No, but I mentioned it before and can only repeat, that I felt some "holding back" in gesun relationships throughout the drama, so that at certain point I started questioning myself if it was because of characters' will or director's will, which I think means that somethine went wrong. Even in last episodes, the way they hug after Mimi's death, and the way they talk when sitting on the branch - felt a bit weird and not right for me, and could be better... without any bed scene :D
