I was really really beginning to get pissed at this whole episode 9, everyone was out to frustrate and piss me…
Disclaimer: I was writing these comments as I was watching the episode, so some comments may become clarified later on.
-JJH seemed more unreserved in his teenage years with his ex-wife.
-It seems like his speech and communication expert is more like a therapist for him?
-LOL JJH's eyes got so big when his boss came to join him and his "therapist"
-This episode is very aggravating and I am getting so frustrated right now.
-Why is she avoiding Madam Yoo all the sudden? CSE is the one that told her to live with them.
-CSE is usually very straight forward when it comes to her "clients" and that is how she was treating KHJ, now she is drinking and having open conversations with him. Ugh, stop already.
-KHJ WTH!!!! He so took advantage of that situation. I nearly threw something at my computer. He basically ruined any redemption I had for him in that one scene. How dare he take advantage when she was definitely not even sober? I mean seriously and then he thought it was basically her confession (declaration of love) to him. **I am glad CSE called him and told him it was a mistake, hopefully now he will back off and realize she doesn't like him, like he thinks she does**
-Madam Yoo freaks me out, every time she is on screen I dread what is to come. She creeps me out in all the worst ways. She is also starting to piss me off, between her, Eena Group people and KHJ, I don't know who I hate more.
-So many misunderstandings and lack of communication and misdirections in this episode, so overly frustrating.
-Madam Yoo definitely is misunderstanding the whole situation and she looks like she struck gold now as well. I can't wait til they burst her little self absorbed bubble.
-Only redeeming quality of KHJ in this episode is how he stuck up for himself to his family and put his older brother in his place.
-Last five minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No words, I just melted. I guess this frustrating, exasperating, annoying, irritating, misunderstood episode was worth it just for that kiss and oh what a kiss it was.
I was really really beginning to get pissed at this whole episode 9, everyone was out to frustrate and piss me off, until the last 5 minutes. More in spoilers below.
She said she used to be married to him not that she is his wife
Yeah I actually don't remember. I think you are right because even his coworkers were surprised he had been married before. I don't think either JJH or CSE really know anything about each other's past.
I feel her character here is meant to be a bit tongue in cheek and kinda a parody on the perfect female character…
thanks as well for the link, i have been looking for a good podcast or analysis of kdramas, I get most of my Cdrama news from Marcus on youtube, but I haven't found a good K Drama entertainment and drama news place yet.

honestly my 2 favorites of hers are City Hunter and Healer (both done many years ago though), I thought she did action really well in those. I also liked her in Her Private Life ( I don't know why but for some reason I really like this one, I mean there are some parts of it that are boring and unnecessary but her chemistry with Kim Jae Wook is one of my favorites)
She said she used to be married to him not that she is his wife
I don't know if the Viki translation is wrong, but they translated as "I am married to that man over there" pointing to Ji Ho. So that combined with the facial expressions, I think had me and several others thinking that is what she said. Google translate also says the same. So I am wondering the same question, why does she say she is married to him.
finished episode 8 finally, had to pause in the middle for awhile, anyway thoughts following in spoiler:
Likes: -Anything with WGN involved, martial artist fighting pig costume, lol; -Every single interaction between ML and FL; The golfing scenes, so endearing; -The tteokboki/comic book scenes, "Don't leave the country", had me swooning; -JJH's facial expressions, all the time; -How no matter who PMY's male costar is, she makes them shine (example, not really a fan of KJY's character, but the scenes with him and PMY make him likeable and want to feel sorry for him and root for him); -that JJH drove to her and said he wanted her to come home with him; -previews for next episode;
Dislikes: -JJH's coworkers, can they be any more rude and crass, seriously I can understand why he wouldn't want any interactions with them; -anything related to the Eena Group or any of the Chaebol stuff, what was up with that Eena Group secretary lady, being all nosey, I wanted to punch her in the face and what right do they have to tell her to leave the country, when she is not longer associated with them and doesn't want to be associated with them; -KHJ's older brother; -KHJ's mother; -JJH's ex-wife (seriously she even looks like she is there to stir up trouble); -the fact CSE explained easily why she was with KHJ at the hotel to JJH when asked, but can't tell JJH how she feels about him; -why didn't she tell KHJ that her part is only business with him when he said he wanted to live in the moment and that she doesn't feel the same about him (KHJ); -the freaking cliff hanger endings,always leaving me hanging like that after every single episode, I just about cried at this ending (the facial expressions with CSE and JJH);
How are they even able to maintain the lifestyle. I understood Sangeun but JiHo is a judge how can he sustain…
I look at it this way, he doesn't do anything. He doesn't go out, he doesn't spend his money on anything or anyone really. He doesn't drink, cooks at home, etc. I think his ex wife also paid him alimony, I don't remember. Plus, it is a fictional drama, so they have all kinds of money we don't know about, lol.
I have watched so many dramas of Park Min but the way she looks at Go Kyung is totally different. I don't know…
I can see that, but my favorite ML of hers is Ji Chang Wook. At the same time that was in 2014 so she has grown as an actress since then, but her chemistry with him is my favorite. I just think she has great chemistry with all her male leads. Another one of my favorites is the chemistry she had with Kim Jae Wook in Her Private Life, loved that one too.

Questions:
How does his coworkers not know it is JJH asking the questions on the forum?
Why would a lawyer drive all the way to hotel to meet her client, when she could wait until he got back? It wasn't like he actually needed her right then, there wasn't any crisis.
Why did KHJ feel the need to introduce CSE at that moment to said lawyer as his fiancé?
Why did the lawyer say she was married to JJH when she isn't, they are divorced? (even his coworker brought that up)
Can we get rid of all the chaebol drama stuff, it is annoying and aggravating to watch and to me doesn't add anything to the story?
