To everyone who writes, "I hate [insert character name] and skip all the scenes they're in". This seems an odd…
I agree to a point. There have been several characters I have hated (example, just watched Lawless Lawyer not to long ago and couldn't stand the way one of the antagonist talked *way overacting*, omg, it was so bad, but I had to watch his scenes anyway to get the story) At the same time, I get it, some scenes/actors/plots, etc are really nerve wracking, but I am afraid I would miss something if I skip.
I will be honest though, I have skipped multiple episodes when I am binging a drama (especially CDramas) because even skipping some I can still pick up most of the plot. I don't like skipping K Drama scenes because most of their dramas are only 12, 16, 24 at most episodes, so I can usually sit through them.
Also, I will skip if the there is to much back story/flash backs. I hate flashbacks, especially if they of scenes we just watched or scenes they just showed in a recent episode. I don't usually skip anything if it is a drama I really like though, as with this one. I am enjoying it.
Wow so cool, awesome breathtaking never been done before. Here is your award for the extraordinary achievement…
Agree, I don't get why people come on here to say things like that. Ok so you dropped it for a second time who the hell cares? Obviously someone needs attention.
so, now that my emotions have settled, let's analyze some situations:1- madame yoo doesn't want to use seun. she…
1. I hate the whole Madam Yoo and chaebol storyline. I wish it would go away. As we know for the most part CSE doesn't want anything to do with that.
2. I am hoping they will play it like CSE is doing a favor for KHJ, when they tell JJH's coworkers. Something like, "JJH can I borrow your ""wife"" and have her pretend to be my fiancée so I can fool everyone." CSE just happens to get caught, so they can maybe use some excuse like that, saying she just happened to "live" in the same building as KHJ and she was the only female he knew or whatever. I am just thinking of random scenarios in my head.
In the recent eps I had the feeling the stalker is a male. The way he moved and escaped. I don't think it is the…
I thought the same thing. I really thought the stalker was a male as well. I want to go back and watch some of the episodes, cause I thought they even hinted at it being a male.
I feel the same way. Also, I have tried to watch the comments on Viki, but I get to distracted, so I have to keep them off. I should watch them whenever I have finished a drama just to rewatch it with the comments on. I definitely agree about some dramas, wondering if people are watching the same thing I am half the time. I also overanalyze every detail, so I usually don't miss much unless I am fast-forwarding through the episode.
Agree, especially the horse riding scene. So beautiful!
when they panned out, the horse riding scene was beautiful, but when they did up close shots, I could definitely tell they were not riding real horses, for me anyway, the up close camera angles did not look good.
Please let me know when the love triangle ends! I hate love triangles and judging from the comments the 2ml is…
Honestly, I don't even see a love triangle it is all one sided on the 2ML's part. The FL has obvious feelings for the ML and vice versa, the ML is unable to express those feelings, because of basically not knowing how to express it and I think he is afraid (and you will kind of see why in episode 7). IMO, the 2 ML is a waste of space and only created to make the ML know his true feelings for the FL.
So this episode seemed a little boring in some parts, not near as exciting and as fun as episode 6 was. Honestly when she is with Kang Hae Jin, I want to fast forward. Now to my comments:
1. JJH's aunt. Really, what a piece of work? Why would you tell a kid their dad died in that manner? Seriously, she screwed him up royally. You can already tell at a young age that he showed signs of autism or emotional instability and she just made it worse. "They will never like you" I can't stand watching dramas where they show parents screwing up the kids.
2. CSE's first kiss. LOL it really got to her. I think they went over board a little bit with all the focusing on the kiss scenes and lips etc. I could understand her focusing on JJH's lips, but she even did it with Gwang Nam.
3. Gwang Nam, I want a friend who can kick ass like that. He was so cool in that scene. Also, wth Gwang Nam, why are waiting on the b**** Madam Yoo, tell her to go get her own damn tomatoes.
4. Kang Hae Jin. He started to kind of move up a bit in my not so hate scale of him in this episode and then he went right back on the "get the hell out of her life" scale. He thinks she likes him and doesn't realize she is just doing her job and that is all he is to her. Why the heck did he take her out on a yacht in the middle of nowhere, when the whole purpose he "hired" her was as a distraction to his publicity and marriage attempts from his family.
Side notes: I think CSE will be pissed when she learns what Madam Yoo is trying to do with getting her back into the Eena Group (Family).
I hate that almost every single drama there is always this lack of communication (unless you have been drinking). Just say what is on your mind, you can tell both of you want the same thing, it seems like.
And finally, can we please stop having all the exciting, nail biting, edge of your seat moments happen in the last 5 minutes of every episode?
what is han kang woo is he just friend or is he like imagination by jang jae yeol??
I am just now watching this for the first time. Really enjoying it so far. I had the same question. On episode 5, I pieced it together, that HKW was basically a manifestation of JJY's younger self. When So Nyeo said she didn't see anyone next to him, and all the references up to this part about his troubled childhood. I came to read the comments to see what others had said and understood.
I still don't quite understand her character (or the true purpose) yet.. 😂 she's an eyesore for now 😅
I sort of understand the subplot with her. But I agree she is an eyesore. Probably the only negative i would have about this drama is the subplot concerning anything relating to Madam Yoo
The shopping trip and housewarming party best part of this episode. I actually really liked this episode a lot. I think some character progression, as well as a bit of regression in some parts, but what can you expect with JJH. I think the people around him are trying to hard to make him more socially acceptable and are not accepting this is how he is. There are real people in society today who are exactly like this and you shouldn't change them or make them to how you want them to be. This is actually a good social drama if you look at it in that aspect. We have a gay character and we have a neurodiverse character (socially inept, possibly autistic). I am loving it.
Ahhh I can't wait til the next episode. I want to wait and watch them all at once, but at the same time I don't want to wait. It is so good. That last scene and the short little fight scene in front of the elevator are so far my 2 favorite scenes. I just love every time the FL and ML are on screen together. To bad she takes what he is trying to say literal and doesn't see the hidden meaning in his words, because of his lack of communication skills. I am not a huge fan of the 2nd ML, but I am starting to understand why they put him into this situation, if for no other reason to make the ML realize his true feelings for FL.
