Shamelessly skipping scenes with situ ling. Poor fuyue tho. shes still not great but i feel bad for her
me too, honestly I am not a huge fan of Yu Cheng En in general, I hated his character in LLTG and I think he is a bit of a same face type of actor, not a lot of emotion, I do have to say he is kind of nailing the villain character though, even though I am still skipping his scenes
I think I miss this detail but what realm did the Bo Clan come from? Are they from Jixing Abyss? Then, it means…
Yes she is a child of both realms. The empress imprisoned her father when she found out that he had "consorted" (had relations) with a member of the Bo Clan (them being from another realm).
pausing at episode 33 to come say one thing.... I don't get it. Why are all those people so upset and want to storm the academy, MY helped them build artifacts saved the Abyss multiple times and yet they turn on her in an instant, even when she was MX she never did anything to harm them personally except beat the Abyss in the tournament? They instantly turned on JBZ as well when they found out he was now the crown prince and supporting the higher realm (forgot the name, Yonghang or something similar) . The Abyss people don't seem to be loyal to anyone, they will turn against you with just one comment and no explanation. well back to watching (please excuse the spelling and bad grammar).
whispers of fate and blood river are on the wuxia side. it'll be with limited romance.sword and beloved and fight…
Yes, particularly historical/costume romance with happy endings. I am tired of the sad and open endings. I also like a bit of the historical political aspect thrown in.
Off topic a bit: There are quite a few dramas that just started airing, what are you watching during downtime of this drama or what will you be watching after this ends. (I don't know how I am going to be able to let go of the two main leads in this, I am now going to be comparing every couple to them)
Whispers of Fate Sword and Beloved Blood River Fight for Love (starting Oct. 30)
Also, should you or do you need to watch Love in Pavilion before Sword and Beloved?
Started watching this after I finished Fated Hearts, and I can not stop. I am on episode 26 and it is my favorite episode. The chemistry between these two main leads is absolutely on fire. I don't know if I have ever been so (I don't even know what word to use here) about a couple before in all the dramas I have watched (except maybe the 2nd couple in Business Proposal). These two are chemistrying the chemistry out of all the chemistry there is. They are playful and then very intense and it just flows so well.
depends on if you want romance focused or political focused, there are so many good ones, here are a few of my…
The Song of Glory, Nirvana in Fire, and The Rise of Phoenixes, I would save these for last. The ending isn't a lovey dovey happy ending, but I think the whole stories make up for what happens at the end of those three. You could almost say The Princess Wei Young might not be a happy ending, but it does end on a good note. It is a good ending, just not what you would have exactly wanted.
please someone should help me with the best historical cdrama .. I want to start watching historical cdrama so…
depends on if you want romance focused or political focused, there are so many good ones, here are a few of my favorites:
The Rebel Princess The Princess Wei Young The Story of Ming Lan Nirvana in Fire (very political heavy, but very good) The Long Ballad The Song of Glory (has the same FL as this one) The Rise of Phoenixes Love Like the Galaxy (my absolute favorite, next to the Story of Ming Lan) The Sword and the Brocade Story of Kunning Palace The Double
There are so many more I could recommend, but I would try this list out.
I anticipated this drama before it came out because I liked both leads but I had to wait patiently until it finished…
I agree completely with your assessment. This was a drama I didn't know I was looking for lately. It was really good. I did start fast forwarding through a lot of the Jinxiu scenes, because they were a bit irritating to watch and I personally didn't like the Jinxiu emperor from the beginning. I loved the whole dynamic of all the characters and their relationships with each other. It was definitely refreshing to see royal siblings get along and not fight each other for the throne.
This drama is far better than Hidden Love I could never watch his acting in that dull drama and this is the fist…
I didn't think I would actually like him that much after watching him in Hidden Love, but after watching him here, I now want to watch him in any costume and/or historical type dramas.
One thing I wanna bring up — it’s so refreshing to see royal siblings who genuinely trust and care for each…
Li Qin is absolutely amazing in these types of roles. She is probably one of my favorites in the strong female general or similar type of role. If you haven't seen Song of Glory, you really should watch that. She was also in The Wolf (the story isn't really my favorite, but overall her acting was great).
