Curious, still on episode 19, do they ever say what the doomsday mark means/represents? I assume it means his incoming death, doom traditionally equals death, is that what it means, does anyone know?
My theory (I think some people may have said something similar): The King knows everything about what happened 30000 yrs ago. I think he was the one that really killed CH and erased their memories of what happened and made up a story to XM. So that is why XM hates CK. (So I am not sure if any of this is true, cause I am still only on episode 19) I also want to know why he (the king) is so determined that CK get his primordial spirit back. I wonder if he actually took some of CK's primordial spirit back 30000 yrs ago to have himself live longer, then erased their memories. So many questions and thoughts running around in my head.
Hi, anyone please let me know itIs any upcoming xianxia drama
Zhao Lu Si and Wang An Yu's drama The Last Immortal, sometime last quarter of this year, no specific date set yet. That is the only one I can think of atm.
How is this drama going as compared to the hype which was there?
I personally am enjoying very much. I have to say with this type of story it is keeping me more focused, because most dramas will start to drag about this time, but this one just keeps getting better and better with each episode. Since it has several different lives (stories) inside one main story it makes it that much more interesting, imo.
OMG!! No are you serious, Immortal Li!!!! I thought the SML was bad, this heavenly king is worse. Since Li didn't tell the King about Xiu Ming, I guess we will probably be seeing more of him. But now who is going to take over for Immortal Li. This also sucks cause Li was XY's good friend.
Are you kidding? of course she will hate the drama most of xianxia dramas except few she crash to pieces.. Sorry…
Yeah and she doesn't just hate on certain genres, she hates on dramas that certain actors/actresses are in as well, like anything with Zhao Lu Si and Ju Jing Yi are two that I know she never has good things to say about. For me if you can't give an unbiased and honest review, you shouldn't be a critic. I don't get how she has all these followers and some of these people take her word as truth. It is utterly disgusting.
Not you posting that hateful youtuber that I try very hard to block from my youtube channel 😆😆😆 She is…
LOL can we be best friends, hahahaha!!! I have agreed with a bunch of your comments and especially 100xs on this one. I can not stand AveX, worst reviewer I have ever watched and so freaking biased. UGH!!
Do you know everyone has different preferences right? Just like I couldn’t get pass episode 1 of Legend of Anle…
I couldn't get past ep. 1 of Anle either. I liked the premise of the story, that is what drew me in, but unfortunately there were several factors that couldn't keep me.
Finally have time to review what aired so far.I am huge fan of the book, which I read multiple times, and really…
I haven't read the novel and I usually don't read the novels, unless I really enjoyed the drama, then I will check out the source material.
I personally have loved this drama since Day 1. I have honestly been a fan of the FL since I originally saw her in Dance of the Phoenix. I have liked Ryan Ding since Romance of Tiger and Rose and have pretty much watched most of his dramas. I think they have very good chemistry in this drama. Also, if you watch some of their recent clips off screen he is so cute with her and very caring. So it makes their compatibility in this drama so much more endearing.
I do get a bit aggravated by some of the characters, but that is understandable because that is their purpose to create chaos/angst, to make a good drama or rather a drama people want to really talk about, you want to create some kind of friction, it doesn't necessarily always have to happen, but it makes a drama on screen more intriguing to watch.
The scenery, choreography, costumes, make up, etc. are so breathtakingly gorgeous and are so well done.
From a non novel reader I am really enjoying the story as well. My favorite life so far is this current one, but I am so looking forward to the cat demon/tiger spirit life. I usually do not like body swapping, actually I won't usually watch a drama if it has that, so I shall see how they do this one and see if I like it. Hopefully, it isn't to bad nor to long.
But I am excited, it almost feels like several different dramas all in one, I guess it kind of is, for me it makes it more interesting. I wish though at this point there were more episodes, I just don't see how they are going to tell these stories in 38 episodes. It seems like the ending will be rushed.
I'm so happy we're all starting to see the significance of snow in the story. Ever since I finished the novel,…
It seems a recurring theme with snow. Have you seen One and Only with Bai Lu and Allen Ren? I can re watch Forever and Ever with them, but after the end of One and Only I can never watch it again, because I can't handle that kind of ending.
One other thing, I think the best couple award should clearly go to Ren and Mou!! This life tribulation would not near be as great if it wasn't for those two. I hope they do another drama together sometime soon.
So maybe by the end of ep. 20 or 21 they will be back in the Heavenly Realm.?. I am liking this life a bit more than the one before. Hopefully after Immortal Li tells the Heavenly King about what Prince Xiu Ming is doing, he won't be allowed to go to the tribulations anymore. Although, I understand why he is doing it, he doesn't want XY to lose her primordial spirit, but the God of War getting his back is for the greater good of all. I do think once CK learns what is happening to XY every time they do these tribulations, he may stop doing them, cause I doubt he wants to hurt her either.
For a non novel reader like me, the drama is completely fine
Yes! this right here, I agree. Although, I do agree, I think the 2ML is annoying and it probably would have been better without him, but I love the FL and I think YCY is doing an outstanding job.
