I dropped it after half of the first episode but then I came back and now I am obsessed with this show!

I feel like he is not telling her because there are 16 episodes and he can't use all of the plot points this early on... But the in-universe explanation is probably that he has major trust issues

No that was a memory flashback - that's why it was so awkward when they met in the hospital and he told her it was a mistake

I can't get over the *extrovert-who-adopted-an-introvert* dynamic between ML and Hyun Jin's character! He is just so good at reading the room and nudging his introverted boss to interact with people... No wonder he became ML's right hand!

This k-drama is fairly low-budget and very silly, but the show takes itself seriously. Depending on what kind of shows you are into it might be up your alley, but this isn't something I would recommend watching, the first 2 episodes weren't very good...

Maybe he feels guilty? There seems to be a secret he doesn't want to get out about the day the son died, so it is probably his fault that the gate was open. FL did pay a price for her actions, but he didn't. And now he feels guilty and wants to cosplay as a good husband...

Come on guys, this was a solid Korean thriller with dark themes, great acting and cinematography. This deserves a higher rating than 7.6! Ryu Kyung Soo was such a surprise, this man really has a range!

I think you are onto something! Write that script, pitch it to a Korean channel or streaming service, who knows maybe it will be made?

I agree with your review, but I just wanted to point out that in the beginning, it wasn't just once a week, they aired several episodes once every two weeks and it was not super clear when the next episode was going to air, they couldn't even keep up with the once a week schedule. Which was very frustrating and killed the excitement for the k-drama, so waiting till the whole thing aired was the right move. But all the critiques about the show dragging would still apply even if the schedule was not this messy.
