1. I'm not saying CF hasn't had any growth and my comment was not about whether he deserved to be stabbed or not. My point is that her reactions were not surprising given how much she cares about her sister and all the information we know about them. Honestly, if she had acted any other way I would have been surprised.
2. In real life when siblings are close sometimes they act irrationally towards people who hurt their siblings. I have a sister and while I'm not saying I'd stab someone who hurt my sister the way CF hurt QK I'd be mad af.
No matter what 'form' You Qin is in Ye Tan always finds a way to annoy him/pester him. It's so funny to me watching them try to shoo her away only to fall in love with her.

I honestly think neither of them is really in love with each other. I agree with your analysis. I do think they really really like each other but love is way more than just really liking each other. I think that what Yetan and QY are currently going through in the mortal arc is a great depiction of falling in love with someone compared to QK and CF because you see them learn to understand each other and their flaws etc. I don't feel like we actually saw that with CF and QK, we just saw him lying to her and her feeling the need to "fix" him because he was "kind" to her.
I do think they will fall in love though after their current trial and the whole twin flower thing happens.
