Love this analysis. I really like HZ and her determination. I'm honestly shocked that blood scares CSS so much especially when she comes from a general family and spent the first couple years of her life being mistreated. You'd think after everything she saw she wouldn't be so scared.

That scene with HZ also made me think she might end up being a better match for LY especially if she starts to treat him better. Then the first family wouldn't be able to walk all over the second family anymore. Hopefully things work out for them.

She ends up engaged to him in the novel because the empress is dying and told her that she wants to see her get married before she dies. YS isn't CSS first choice. I think the 5th prince was?? But something happened and it didn't work out so then she settled on YS. If not for this, YS and her would not be engaged at all because she doesn't love him.

The emperor was definitely happy and LBY looked hopeful. I think both of them are happy. LBY might be slightly sad though because the breakup will upset CSS.

Lmao he loves to give spoilers. So basically it's not until 3 days before his marriage to CSS that LBY finds out that his uncle that died is actually his dad and that his uncle (his real dad) was killed by the man he thought was his biological father. That's why he said that.

I know she wants to hear what he thinks but idk why she is even giving him the option to speak after his mom suggested that. She should have immediately left with her mom and let him come to her house to beg her or promise her that he would never agree to that. Plus, after everything she's seen I'm kind of getting tired of her insisting on this marriage because once she's in that family she will suffer because as sweet as LY is he has no backbone.

After watching the new episodes I’m not as mad about the clip I saw where CSS mom slapped her. Maybe it was justified just like in these recent episodes it was justified for her mom to leave her behind.

After watching the mv and btw clips over and over again, I think CSS family will be put in jail. I’m not sure over what though. I read the book but not all of it so maybe I missed something? I feel like their arrest could be related to LBY. I wonder if CSS will get arrested too?

In the novel she doesn't turn into a jealous person. I honestly think her character is just really nice and well mannered. Also, she doesn't really have any motive to. Her one sided crush on YS isn't enough for her to do that because CSS isn't even interested in him currently. I don't think they will go that route in the drama either because CSS already has a lot of enemies so it's not necessary for the plot for her cousin to be one of them as well.
