You think yourself "media literate" because you watched a few more episodes of a tv show? If that's how you react to someone commenting about an awful character on a fictional show, you need to rethink your attachment to tv shows.

His obsession will never be an excuse for him being an ahole. If appearance is his peak interest, he is shallow, pretentious and needs a big reality check. "May be on the spectrum" yeah no, you can't attribute everything to autism when its not even explicitly mentioned. "Please drop the drama" i recommend you actually have constructive convos once in a while since its not ur forte clearly. Yeah its not for me, hence the reason i dropped it lol.

Yeah that backstory was so weakly written, who just comes to the conclusion someone is a bully bcos they see them talking, running and sharing stuff? So baffling. Even if he didnt go out of his way he didnt need to berate her in front of her friend. He just has 0 empathy.

Doesn't matter. She was clearly uncomfortable and he chose to stay silent and be cruel. And he was definitely taking her appearance into consideration while berating her. Thats not someone who will get better, and he doesn't deserve to be ml.
me too I hate her mother not sacrificing for a whole family but getting divorced, imagine her father did not change…
Why not? This is not set in today's time. Getting any work even just as receptionist was very possible. And this was not just about being successful, this was about being stuck at home, getting to do nothing except cook and clean while the husband enjoys himself in bars, drinking in the name of doing "business". She needed freedom and her own money and looking at the husband, she was very right to do so.

Why? Couldn't the dad have sacrificed and spend less time drinking with his friends and more time taking of the house and his daughter? Why is sacrifice never expected of men? FL is absolutely right about mother needing freedom to pursue her own career and life. The only wrong mother did was letting her kid witness loud arguments and fights.
For a prosecutor with a top grade, and someone who claims that she loves watching investigative American TV, FL's…
I've seen many investigative series and most of them don't show any protocols on how to handle crime scenes. They just slap on some gloves which granted she didnt have the common sense for. She's also a law student so its believable all she learnt was only law, not police work. Prosecutors aren't really the early ones to a crime scene and that was really a basic fault in the writing.
Investor boyfriend is giving off control signs. A remote island? Isolation. He knows how to play the long game.…
Going on trips with equal footing while someone hauling you off to a private island where they pay for all expenses is a different thing. This is not double standards lol. There is a stark difference in their wealth and power in these 2 individuals and im glad the drama made it a point to show that. Also you should date a person whose interests and goals align with yours, not try to change people into something they're not.
Ep 16 - ahhhh…..can I switch places with her? I’d be so happy with a sensible respectful handsome billionaire.…
Will you still be sensible after he expects you to quit your job, be a mom and look after him and his kid's needs all day? Cause i think that's what he pretty much expects from his partner. Maybe some women would be comfortable doing that, but majority of women i know won't be.
They are not copying they are adapting and in adaption changes are meant to be
That made even less sense because to move to US and attend a college there, you need to prepare for a long time and give different exams, scholarships or not. He was "scouted" as a great player but couldn't get any support for his injury, couldn't graduate? Juwon as a baker makes sense because they integrated it into the story early.
They are not copying they are adapting and in adaption changes are meant to be
They have copied the whole story for 10 eps with barely any changes. The only thing changed are their careers and some interests. They could've improved the story so much, showed the romance and the past better but they fumbled.
really don't like how they just changed up careers and personalities of characters when they are copying the story of the og one to a T. It doesn't make sense for some characters., especially park Dal. They didn't even show her conflicts with her mom and how it progressed either.
I really don't understand the hate towards the confession scene it's not like he suddenly developed feelings for…
Well i didnt like this part in the cdrama too, i was hoping they change it but they just copied it the same. It doesn't make sense that they haven't met for a decade, haven't talked for years and he still likes her, or that he confesses on the first chance he gets.
I don't know if the actress is trash or the character is unwatchable but this FL is ruining the drama for me.…
You are a rude ahole. Childhood family friends turned to partners exist all the time, its not a rare phenomena. And it doesn't have anyone catching feelings yet at all so i don't know what you're barking at. Even if she doesn't fit the role to a T, the actress is doing pretty good according to what the script gave her. And no, go minsi wouldn't suit this character at all.
I am really trying not to compare the 2 dramas in order to enjoy this one but since go ahead is my all time fav…
Yeah they would always share their problems with her and talk to her whenever any of them were feeling down in go ahead, it seemed like it was 3 kids. In this one, they seem to avoid her to "protect" her.
What does Mizuki have going for her other than good men falling in love with her because of reasons? Little Umi…
Im glad yayoi's not with him because she deserves better than a spineless man who won't stand up for her but will stand up and take responsibility for the ex.
