Honestly that entire scene and previous one where she almost got hit by a truck was sad, horrifying, concerning and tragic all at the same time. The fact that she lost the will to live after the news was just too much. Very intense and dark.

Like I said before, fair enough if that's how you see it. That Hae in's behaviour and actions lead to his decisions and so it's basically all her fault etc. But personally, I respectly disagree. They are equally at fault.

Fair enough, if that's how you see it. I personally can see both sides and their opinions. I'm not on anyone's side. I'm generally just rooting for them both. I can see they have both done wrong. Personally I think it is immoral to rejoice at the news of someone's inevitable death regardless of whatever suffering you endured, especially to someone you once loved. You may want to leave and see the exit out with the news but to do all the things he did at the start if the show is very wrong.

Yh never said he wasn't miserable or she is innocent either. Those were just my thoughts and opinions. What he did after he found out she was terminally ill was quite frankly wrong, hence why I said she had the right to get revenge or payback imo. He did her wrong and he knows that.

Yep, it's exactly what we were shown on episode 7. He was sheltered his entire life and never learnt how to fall down and learn from his mistakes because he was never allowed to fall down to begin with. It's surprising he is as caring as he is given his upbringing.

Yh it's a hard one. It would be a cheap trick but I would rather that be the case than the reality of her actually having temporary memory loss, which unfortunately does seem more likely.

Ohhh, you might he onto something!!! I was slightly doubting that theory but yes now it all makes sense with the epilogue included. It did seem a little random to include the racoon scene when I watched the episode but if she is lying to him it would make sense. Also the preview shows as if Hae in is following Baek Hyun Woo around to understand his motives so that aligns with her potential lying and tricking him. Oh man, please let this be the case.

Praying for this to be true!! And it's what I initially thought was happening until the scene continued and broke me as I realised that she did indeed have some memory loss, at least temporarily.

100% agree. Their acting capabilities and chemistry are carrying this show. The Story itself isn't bad but imo it's anything that special compared to what already exists. However the execution, with the leads selling their roles and displaying emotions and feelings as well as they do just takes the show to new heights. Both of their characters are soo precious, despite not being perfect, which is the reason why I love and cheer for them both. I was both rooting for Hae in to have her revenge so she can process her emotions and have a reason to live and keep going, as well as rooting for Baek Hyun woo to fight for his wife and show her how much he actually does care for her, despite the divorce situation.

I think I started crying before he did. It's strange how I was going through the same phases as he was as she was talking.

Tbh I'm not sure what you expect from her. Ngl he deserved everything that he got from her. What he did was wrong and she has every right to question his motives. of course, we know he is a good person with mostly good intentions but how is she supposed to know that after thr reveal and now him playing along with being the "villian" to give her a reason to stay alive.

Agreed. It was off the charts!! I was planning on doing a rewatch too!! I feel like Into the Ring is such a hidden gem. Not many people know or talk about it. Although, recently I have seen it grow in popularity.

Tbh I would love to see Nana in a another cute rom com like Into The Ring. I didn't particularly like the plotline of her new Romance kdrama.
