Yeah, I'm aware that happened in Love Alarm s2. However, I chose not to watch it for other reasons. But yeah more often than not, FL chooses ML.

Haha, I don't think I have ever seen a FL choose a 2ML over ML. Definitely wouldn't be the case if the FL doesn't even like the 2ML. That being said, it would be refreshing to see a kdrama where the 2ML is actually picked.

I can guarantee that she would never end up with the 2ML. There is a higher chance of her dying at the end than her choosing the 2ML.

Yh but he can't get in the way of their love haha. Other heartbreaking moments were
1. After Hae in found out that ML wanted a divorce and Baek Hyun Hoo explaining to his friend how he didn't expect her to cry about it and it basically broke him.
2. When Hae in explained to the 2ML her reasoning for divorcing her husband was because he was miserable and could keep him happy. 😭😭😭

Thanks for the recommendation. I've added onto my list. I went into this drama with very little expectations. I will have to day that this drama will have you on emotional rollercoster if you do like the leads. I will have to say that just like other kdramas this one does have its flaws but my love for the leads out weighs it.
I typically like melodrama romance kdramas.

Very true. When it comes to marriage or life long partnerships you need way more than love to keep you together and remain happy.

These two just break my heart 💔💔. They both love each other sooo much. All they need is more of this honesty and communication, which I hope we will be getting in the next two episodes.

Imo, I think Hae in (FL) is somewhat more of a goodie two shoes. But I'm biased 😆

Imo his character is very morally grey. He isn't completely a goody two shoes.

I have a feeling it isn't her son either idk. Perhaps the child is an orphan, which begs the question how did she fake pregnancy if that were the case.

Ah ok, I didn't they counted as the second couple. I do love them together and I would like her to come back for sure.

Ah, I see. I understand now. Yes, I was crying with Hae-in. The endings for QoT episodes always leave me in anguish. It's always an emotional rollercoaster. The writers like to pair a wholesome/funny scene with a sad/heartbreaking scene.

I mean I guess I could somehow convince myself he did manage to build his company from the ground up a long long time ago. However, certainly not without any help. At present, he is very foolish and blinded by love. In some ways, I guess it does make sense to trust a woman you have known and lived with for around 20 years, however, not over your own blood!!! They have shown him to be a very proud man, stuck in his old ways. Perhaps, his strategies and tactics before worked for those times but they certainly don't work now. The main reason I would like him to get out of his comma would be to reconcile and reunite with his son.

Why did he have to take the bike out as well. His poor soul. He basically lost his family in one night. Who knows what was even written on that letter. We've never seen him looking soo distraught and speechless.

This seems very likely. Oh man, I don't think I'm ready for the last couple episodes if Hae in's condition hasn't shown any signs of improvement by then.

If I may add, 11-12 might be when the Hongs find out about Hae-in's condition. Might even be a cliff hanger at the end of ep10.

Agreed!! Ep8 was one of the best, if not the best episode of Queen of Tears to date. We also did get some scenes between the leads. Tbh, as much as I love them together and individually they did need a little break from each other to think about their feelings. I did find the villains' takeover plotline to be very interesting this episode.

I can't imagine the conflict going past ep10, especially with the preview for ep9 showing them get closer.
