Hey does anyone thinks that ML and FL have a very abusive relationship. I'm on episode-5 but the FL is always…
Yh this had been mentioned multiple times before. I guess it's up to you how interpret the hitting. Personally, it bothered a little bit more at the start but afterwards I got used to it and just saw it her action being done for comedic purposes, albeit a little exergerated then it needed to be. It felt more like old pals reuniting again then actual abuse. It also didn't bother too much because the hitting died down alot by like episode 6-7 and I don't remember her doing that afterwards. I personally didn't viee their relationship as toxic in any way, however, I do tend to view relationships and dynamics in TV shows differently to the real world. I'm far more lenient with interactions and character flaws in TV shows. Personally if I didn't do that then there would only be a handful of shows where I genuinely liked the main character.
In terms of the topic around hitting between men and women. I think that is just a social issue. To this day, a man hitting a woman is seen very differently to a women slapping a man for doing something wrong to them. I feel it very normalised and often accepted if a woman chooses to slap a man for his wrongdoings but this would be viewed as abuse if the roles were reversed.
Yh I agree. I would love for her to find out early about the him previously wanting a divorce and I thought this…
Haha, I'm just as stressed, hence why I'll be tuning out until episode 8 is released. I can't handle such stress in my life rn haha. I just want to binge their love story. The rom com aspect is the reason I think it will be used an obstacle. There are always obstacles in rom com, and besides her terminal illness and her ex I can't see any other obstacles that could arise. I'm 80% sure they will use his previous desire to divorce Hee-in as ammunition for the SML to get closer to her.
I'm honestly enjoying the creepiness of the SML's character. I'm glad they out right told us that he is a villain…
I'm glad you're enjoying it. As for me, I cannot stand him anywhere near the FL. I'm fearful for what he might to do in any scene now. He is a walking machine gun.
I know she must, but Iβm hoping this is the one show where the other party never finds out. Everyone who knows…
They will be hush temporarily but I'm there will be a leak somewhere. I'm sure that will break her hurt and i won't be able to take it.π’ She has put sooo much faith in him.
Completely agree with your assessment. I have written something similar further down in the comments. And I'm…
Yes completely agree. The misconceptions started way before marriage, just like in real relationships. However, it seems that Hee-in starting to get more in touch with how she feels about the ML and isn't shying away from it as much anymore as the idea of her dying in 3 months time is sinking in. At this point, what does she have to lose. I think this half of the show will focus on their love story and then other half will focus more on the villians of the show. Although I could be wrong and they could both run in parallel throughout the show.
so Haein love language is picking fights when she is turned on ? this poor girl is clearly desperate for her husband…
Yh I agree. I would love for her to find out early about the him previously wanting a divorce and I thought this episode with the ML's siblings would be the perfect opportunity. However, it seems that won't be the case. Most likely, they will bring it up as an obstacle in a later episode after they have gotten closed, perhaps something the SML uncovers ti get his hands on the FL. π€’

I think she is just soo flustered she don't know what to with herself. She seems more like quality time type of girl. She looks at their honeymoon phase soo fondly. π
But ngl, that would have been me rushing to the bathroom after seeing those abs.π
ah yes of course sunghoon is a villian, like he is in every other drama hes in
Imo he was the cutest in Into The Ring. I was hoping for that side of him in this show. I this miss that version of him, sigh. πHere is the link to a scene in Into The Ring (if you are interested.)https://youtu.be/2N9VIbYYZGI?si=DCqYFQgBLM7e7E42
Agreed with all of this, except I am all for a redemption arc for Ha-In since she is married to Hee-in's brother.…
It would be cute to see her fall for his charms. I'm always up for a drama with more than one couple π₯°. I actually think it could be good for him if she had a rougher upbringing. It might toughen him up a bit as a person. I would love to see more of her real personality. She seems funny, although I do enjoy watching her sweet side.
