The 2nd couple fit this drama perfectly imo. In that period many people married for different reasons, marriages were even arranged in part. So that aspect is not out of place. The drama shows time and again that itās not only fluffy, so showing 2nd coupleās issues is also not out of place. Their story is a contrast to the innocence and sweetness of our main couple.

Often the big platforms like Tencent, Youku and IQIYI have the dramas on their YouTube channels for free (with advertisements). Then they all have their respective apps, which is where I usually watch as I have permanent subscriptions for those three anyway. But check out their subscription models. I think on the apps there are some that can be cancelled after a month or after three months. I know of some members here who juggle their subscriptions that way. They subscribe temporarily when something interesting comes out and then cancel and subscribe on the other platform. Now for instance there are several interesting dramas coming to Tencent, if you enjoy watching costume dramas too. But at the end of the day everyone has to decide what works best for them and where to watch. :)
