Is Arthur Chen voice dubbed here? The voice is so deep. I don't recall hearing his voice that way.

Thank you for answering. I don’t have Disney+ but I do have a WeTv permanent subscription, so hopefully it will still air on WeTv. Usually all big dramas air on one of the usual platforms.
