ohh from the perspective, let's say of a mother, if my daughter was to be with someone like that, def a red flag.…
I think I can’t see the red flag because the drama makes it so obvious from the start that she’s the only one for him. Of course it has to be like that, it’s a romance drama. If he really wanted just a fling then he’d definitely be a red flag. Agree with what you said 😊
I think it really comes down to how people interpret the term “red flag,” because everyone draws that line…
Thank you for writing your thoughts so in detail! I‘m glad too they changed his character compared to the novel because no one would root for them. At the end of the day no one wants to see a real red flag.
About criticising her lack of skill at work in the beginning, I don’t see that as a red flag behaviour because to me a red flag means with regard to the love interest and at that time she was not his love interest. Of course it’s negative behaviour on his side but it lasted for seemingly 5 minutes of their lives and I‘m sure there’s way worse out there in a corporate environment. For everything else, maybe I cannot see the red flag because it’s so overly obvious that she’s his one and only right from the beginning. 😄 Agreed, of course fiction is different from real life. But in this case here I‘d still be running in his direction 😂
Seems like Jing boran mentioned somewhere he used his own clothes for this drama mostly. That explains the chancel…
Fish and water is a common symbol in c dramas to allude to intimacy between two people, so the director did nothing outstanding here. Maybe Chanel paid a lot for product placement?
Where do people see a red flag ML with cold authoritative behaviour? I see a flawed man completely lost in love who supports her and teaches her at every turn, even if he does it in his own way.
Am I the only one who was cheering her on when she applied for a transfer? I LOVE how she drew that line between…
She could still draw a line and be clear about everything without transferring to a person who’s sleazy for real. Also first drawing the line and then sitting in front of his door at night to get the files - how’s that supposed to come off as professional? Both characters are flawed and handled the situation according to their flaws and concerns. The bag was a bad idea but that was obviously what he learnt in the past, that women will be happy if they receive a designer bag. Of course it’s bad writing, because he realised that FL is different yet he believed she would react like the women from his past.
Isn’t liking (someone) uncontrollable? 喜欢 xi huan means like (but in romance also love).

Thank you! 💕
That’s great news! 🎉😍

But we‘ll see!
The wait for new episodes is agonising
