I get why you're trying to make this distinction but to clarify further for other people, they WERE raised as siblings, they just aren't blood related as the ML was adopted as a child. He's not calling her "sister" because they are in the same sect, he's calling her "sister" because they WERE raised as siblings. 😅

The English here was translated as "supposed" but it was more closely "nominal" twin brother meaning that because he was adopted into the family and they were close in age they were raised siblings and stated as "twins" with her being the older. But as he states, if you actually even thought about their ages HE should have been older than her in reality.

I think this is a very well put together comment that expresses most of my thoughts as well. The only thing I would add is in regards to the "she wasn't prepared" that regardless of her past life intimacy with him this is true. For instance I've been with my husband for YEARS but if suddenly he's not clothed in a situation I was expecting him to be clothed in it might still make me blush and look the same way she does lmao.

This was personally the feeling I had taken when watching it because in the original scenes when she's picking him up etc and seeing his "flesh" it doesn't affect her at ALL but then once she softened the "smallest" amount and allowed herself to think that maybe he ISN'T a bad person right now already she looked at him as a "man" and blushed.

Lol nah that was the point being made, that it was "she"/"ta" written. It's not a huge issue in "my" mind at least, just that originally the conversation is stating that he didn't even know the person's gender and then the "ta" was used with the subtitle for "ta"/she and they translate it as she in English as well. which again would make sense because the story is referring to the body being the one to have saved him and the body IS female regardless of whatever the gender of the original person who was transmigrated into the body

Yeah someone else luckily let me know it had 5 episodes out there so I was able to watch the other 2. This one got pushed to my top of list.

They mentioned during the ritual that since the soul went into the wrong body and it would erase the memories. My guess is that the theory is similar to being "reincarnated" as a new person without your memories of your past life, just that instead of as a baby she's woke up in the Princess body with the vague knowledge that she's "not" the Princess.
