Zewu Jun is still a useful dupe but at least he's remaining openminded and I do have to give him credit for that.Wangji being by Wuxian's side no matter the cost really did put a sour expression on Jiang Cheng. Yeah, that's right dumbie, that should have been you, but it's not. Thankfully he didn't listen to you when you told him not to have Wangji as a friend. They both prove you wrong.#CoupleGoals!

Can we just chat about how many useful idiots there are?Flowery words mean everything. lolI'm not please with how please Wei Wu Xian is right now though. After all his experiences, he should know to guard against the random side-step that gives everyone the excuse they want to keep the status quo. No one likes to be called out for being "wrong" so they'll always err on the side that makes themselves look good and justified.

Wei Wu Xian is just too good!I loved watching him teaching his nephew how to handle people who bully him. Rulan is still an arrogant little shit but once everything is taken care of, he'll calm down with the teachings of Wangji & Wuxian.Let's not forget Wuxian playing with Wangji's headband again. These 2 are just too cute!

Finally justice is served on some of those who deserve it. We're on the path to clearing up this mess, and it feels great!Thankful that those who think they're on the side of justice that figure out Mo Xuan Yu's real identity don't act like jerks. That, for the most part, they leave him in peace. Also, glad to see Wen Ning back in action! It's been too long for crying. I'm glad I can finally have a few smiles.Wangji and Wuxian's couple moments are so wonderful!Zewu Jun proves that his ability to determine a person character is shit compared to Wangji. Zewu Jun relies on what he can see on the surface. He relies on pretenses like all the rest. Having made an assessment, he's too stubborn to correct it. Wangji looks beyond the surface. Wangji never blinded believed in and followed Wuxian's lead. He measured all of what Wangji said to his actions. He looked deeper into things than anyone else cared to do. Everyone only cared about you conforming to a set of predetermined ethics.

This was always the most disturbing and saddest episode in the series. Just how wicked Xue Yang is blows my mind! All the horrible things he has done cannot be forgiven.It time to root out all the evil and put things right!

You can tell Rulan was raised primarily by his uncle since he basically bickers, complains, and scolds just like him.As Wuxian said, he needs to start helping raise him or he'll have the arrogance of his father, with the bad temper of his uncle and none of the sweetness and compassion of his mother.

Wangji's face when he says he likes rabbits. So happy. lol.Giving Wuxian the two roosters? Does he know saying yes means he has to keep his commitment? Everything is starting to unfold bit by bit. But it's sad to know, after 16 years, that no one other than Wangji is able to see clearly and try to put any of the pieces together. Everything is falling apart around them and they just see the superficial, and never try to dig any deeper!

IIf everywhere in the land there were few people who gossiped, things would never get this out of hand.It only takes a couple of people to pass bad information, along with flattery, and topped with words to instigate doubt and fear, to set up the number of innocent people who have been crucified here.This is where Wangji shines so much! He's the ONLY one who believes his heart, eyes, and what he knows to be true despite all the backtalk. He is the only one who will take the licks in order to search for the truth. A righteous man, stubborn in what he knows to be right.

Jiang Cheng always talking out of both sides of his mouth. He can certainly frustrate me at times.I know he loves Wei Wu Xian deep down inside, but his arrogance just will never let him be anything other than a nag and complainer.Seeing Wuxian be a proper uncle to Rulan is so awesome and sweet.

Wen Qing is the saddest, most miserable character in this entire drama, hands down!Xue Yang? Meng Yao? How are they more miserable? Their egos don't call for this kind of excuse making praise to cover for their inhumane acts!!Wen Qing gave everything to her brother, and did everything she could to keep herself and him untainted. So, many talk about Wen Ning being the saddest character, but that's not true! He received respect and love from quite a few people throughout his life. Who gave love and respect to Wen Qing? Jiang Cheng?In her entire life she only had Wei Wu Xian and Wen Ning! She spent it entirely taking care of one or the other, while sacrificing herself every step of the way! What was HER reward?...ground into dust...My tears cannot stop falling! This is definitely ugly crying!

Yanli is the most beautiful female character, inward and out. This is how a female lead should be drawn! Her kindness, compassion, and love are incomparable. Even if The Peacock finally fell in love with her, with his personality, and family background, he doesn't deserve her. Wuxian was right!Yanli & Wen Ning's interactions are just so amazingly pure! How could anyone watch this and not just feel like they cut a batch of onions!?If only Jiang Cheng didn't need his sister as a buffer between him and Wuxian. If only he could set down his pride for even one moment before being prodded by his sister.As I said before, she is the balance. She is the glue that holds the family together. Without her, all interactions are pure chaos!
