took a long time but i finally got around and finished this. there were so many stories that intertwian with each other. I did skip around a bit bc some part just dragged on. I agree, the music, the cinamatgraphy was amazing. The story line was interesting but lost its drive abt halfway. The ending was very rushed and as everyone has noted not what we want. I need a season 2. Meanwhile if someone can answer some spoiler questions for me.

i cant believe i wait this long to finally watch this . I really loved it. The story was different and i found myself laughing and crying at the same time. It such a wonderful story about different kinds of love. I advise giving it a shot= you just need to get past the 1st 2 eps.

Main girl marries wallace's character, has a kid and is very happy. Main girl's "brother" becomes her real brother. He's a hermit, doing charity work. He still loves the main girl more than a sister, but he has accepted. So he is seen walking away by himself. Really bittersweet for him because he is alone at the end.

Wallaces brother gets surgery to try to walk and ends with him main girls friend.

Xiao nine and Xiao wu end up together.

fyi, you finally get your answer from the long long flash back in eps 61. so from epi 1 of 20 mins into epis 61. its all a flash back,..

her " brother" gets cancer and dies. she ends up with wallace's character. but I think somewhere in the end she also tries to kill herself.

i went thru 50+ epi of back and forth love.. its so annoying. I really dont know how they drag this to 70 eps. i google and summary of the novel ending. spoiling for anyone who really wants to know how it ends in the novel.

just started watching this on netflix- its really just a fun no thinking show. for sure its for a younger audience. just dont think too much into it and it's enjoyable

just started watching this. at around eps 10. so far its very slow. its a bit confusing bc of the beginning and then it jumps to maybe another time period?
so far if you love any of the actors or actresses.. watch it for them.
one thing.. i think vic character is suppose to be the most" angelic" of men..
i just dont see that at all..

just started watching this.. its so dark.. totally not your typically love drama.
so far hawick is great.. he really carries the whole drama
the main girl.. she is lucky she got the part.. she pretty much has the same expression most of the series
