considering mingkit only showed up for like 2 minutes, i really liked this episode lol! it was entertaining

always lowkey shook when people don’t like mingkit lmaooo

yeah i know, but i guess it’s hard for me to imagine her not realising their potential when she was writing these stories lol.

and if not while writing, not realising after her first couple books were published, when i’m sure the comments would have started to come in (assuming she didn’t release all the books at once).

ok i commented similar but i didn’t wanna be a debby downer, so i deleted lol. i’m very sad about this! and if there’s a season 3, and they barely show up, i question if i’ll even watch it lol. mingkit really are the stars of the series for me.

like liz kind of said tho, i can’t believe the author lowkey wastes her best couples lol. phayo’s boring why are they 97% of the focus.

i hope joongnine get their own series sigh.

not to be the mingkit stan i am but uh that was the best episode so far PERIODT.

i’m still mentally scarred from all the drama that happened with 2moons and LBC lol. i’m too scared to hope for a s3 even tho they basically confirmed it

that’s so weird bcs i feel literally think the opposite lol! but it doesn’t really matter

i think i figured out why i don’t care about phayo. it’s NOTHING against benearth. they’re cute. i think it’s bcs theyre already in love with each other and we don’t really get to see how that happens. thinking about it, my favourite part of watching a romance (gay/les or straight) is watching at least one of the two in the couple fall in love with the other and getting to see the process of that. i only care what happens to the couple after they’re in a relationship once i’ve seen that “beginning”. otherwise i usually don’t build that emotional attachment to them that makes me...care.

i usually don’t care for phayo but they were actually really cute this episode! i truly enjoyed their scenes.

forth/pavel’s acting is also getting really good! i think he and kit/nine are the most natural so far.

speaking of kit, i was super happy to see mingkit this episode as well! they scared me when they kept them out of the spotlight. hopefully, they didn’t cut out that super passionate kiss that’s suppose to happen in the car though. it looks like they have kit’s brother interrupt before anything happens, but maybe that’s just the editing

i truly don’t understand why people are saying this drama is realistic lol. for me, it’s just as unrealistic as super fluffy bl’s. it’s just unrealistically angsty and melodramatic instead of unrealistically happy go lucky.

this isn’t hate per se, just my personal observation. in fact, i think it’s good to have variety in bl’s, so ToL has it's place imo

just watched the trailer for episode 6 and im so excited i could die

this is episode was REALLLY GOOD!! the story just became 10x more interesting. even phayo, who i usually just tolerate instead of genuinely enjoy, were really fun and interesting to watch. i had 0 urge to skip any scenes. the acting also improved in my opinion? and they brought back the puppy-ish sorta naive but really sweet ming that i know and love. anyway, i’m super pumped for next week now bye.

seriously, this series just jumped from a 7 out of 10 for me to a 8.5/9 out of 10
