Majority going in with negative mindset & when you watch dramas with hating mindset then no matter how good it is, people will nitpick everything. Most of his fans are boycotting this project because they don't want this for him. Even dilreba fans didn't want this for her when she is such a big actress so when someone of higher status is willing to risk so much then most likely assumption is that xinli convinced him in exchange for gotd s2 which also just got announced the moment this was confirmed. This is the fastest xinli has ever announced s2 of a drama. You know why? Because copyright is about to expire for this ME drama so they are also desperate & need someone badly with huge traffic. I am guessing many big actresses refused the offer so they convinced him instead to take it. He already rejected this drama previously btw so he really didn't need this

Tbh this is a huge risk & gamble for whd. If it does well then yes it can boost his traffic but if it doesn't then this can affect his career too. Alot of people in china believe this is below wang hedi standards because they look down on idol romance & wang hedi already did a movie (1st billed), non idol thriller drama with veteran actor Pan Yueming (equal billed) & male centric dramas (1st billed) so it's not a lie to say this is a favor to xinli because he doesn't need this but they need him

It's my favorite cdrama & i have rewatched it many times 😁
It starts okay but slowly you will fall in love with the whole cast & it's one of those dramas which takes time for worldbuilding & setup but gets much much better the more you watch it especially second half & last 10 eps are masterpiece

It is officially announced yesterday but don't know when the production will start. If it starts shooting next year at the earliest the we might get it in 2027 & yes it's really good & my favorite cdrama

Characters have feelings but no official endgame cp. Basically you can ship anyone you like if you think they have cp vibes but don't expect too much romance. Story is more about Sqj journey & development. There is some bromance too

If you are talking about Fsq then he just appeared as supporting role in love's ambition without any problem and that drama is the biggest hit of this year

Her role is very small from what i know. That's why she is more of a guest appearance here but her role despite limited screentime is a very complex & interesting character to play so i am still seated to see her in a xianxia drama

Had the potential to be one of my favorite dramas but second half felt like written by a different writer especially last few eps were too focused on irrelevant stuff like that ex so i had to force myself to finish. Overall i am really happy for zhao lusi & the achievements this drama has achieved is marvelous

Hmm but he does get jealous or even missing her presence. I think he is slowly feeling something for her but he didn't realize it yet. He is feeling guilty & coping that xu yan needs his "money" but the more she is proving that she actually loved him, the more guilty he will feel
